Uplees Farm is a beautifully restored farmhouse for holiday rental in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views over the Swale Estuary it is the ideal base for touring the area, walks along the Saxon Shore Way and visiting the nearby Nature Reserve at Harty Ferry.

Being a small working farm there are usually a few animals grazing around our pastures including sheep, hens, ducks, goats, and a pig.

The market town of Faversham is 2 miles away, Canterbury and Whitstable are within easy reach. There are many countryside walks to venture on, and there is a wide range of other outdoor activates to partake in.

The farmhouse has been fully renovated, divided, and although still part of the main farmhouse the accommodation is totally self contained for greater comfort and privacy of the guests. It has many original features including beams and an Inglehook fireplace. Located in the heart of the Kent Countryside with views over the Swale Estuary it is the ideal base for touring the area, walks along the Saxon Shore Way and visiting the nearby Nature Reserve at Harty Ferry.

The accommodation comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, with a lounge and dining room, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, and a garden with garden furniture

Amenities; colour television, radio, microwave oven, electric cooker, washing machine, electric storage radiators, electricity inclusive, bed linen and towels included, no pets, no smoking.

Howletts Wildlife Park
75 acre wild animal park, containing world's largest group of gorillas in human care. Also breeding herd of African elephants, tigers, wolves, wild dogs, many rare small monkeys and cats. Restaurant, gift shops and cave of gems.

How to find Uplees Farm

From the M2 exit at Junction 6 and follow the signs for the A251 onto the A2 Faversham/Canterbury Road. At the Junction of the A2, turn left for Ospringe and follow the sign for the Oare. At Oare village pub The Three Mariners on the right, keep going until you come to a left hand bend, approximately 100 yards. Take the road directly in front of you Uplees Road, this is a no through road. Keep going for 1.2 miles until you reach the end of the road, Uplees Farm is on the left at the end of the road.
