Wharf is a cosy cottage which sleeps four in two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other has bunk beds. Also upstairs is a shower room with a mains-pressure shower.
Downstairs there is a combined sitting and dining room which enjoys an open fire to create that cosy atmosphere. Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen and a second wc.
Outside there is a private garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sunshine or have a barbeque for tea.

Archway sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, a double with an en-suite, a twin bedded room and a smaller room with bunk beds. the main bathroom is a generous room with both a shower and bath.
The main living area is all open plan - so no one gets stuck in the kitchen doing the cooking! the garden opens straight off this area so it is easy to take your dinner outside and enjoy sitting out with the birds to enjoy your dining.
Archway while comfortable sleeping six has also been designed for the wheelchair user or lass able in mind. It is all on the ground floor with ramped entry, wider than standard doorways and enough space to move about easily, the kitchen is set out so it can be used from a wheelchair while still being suitable for able bodied. The dining table has a cut away side so wheelchair arms will fit.
The bathroom is also fitted out for maximum ease, with fold down arms around the toilet and grip rails above the bath, the shower has a fold down seat and is flush entry ( no tray).
Both the garden and the courtyard are level, one car may be parked at the end of the building just a few yards from the door if required.
Clinkum - This cottage sleeps 10, and is great for family groups. Although it does not have its own garden, it does have balconies front and back with stunning views over the lake and canal. There are several areas in our grounds where you can enjoy a picnic or barbeque. The yard is a wonderful area for children to play on scooters or trikes, etc. We also have swing balls that are very popular!
The cottage is in the centre of the building, so a little consideration towards your neighbours may be needed later on in the evenings. We prefer to have family groups staying here and might refuse bookings from groups with more than 6 adults, so please don't be offended if we ask about the composition of your group.
The accommodation comprises
Double room with en-suite, double room, twin room, two further rooms, each with bunk beds for 2.
Main bathroom with both bath and shower. Extra shower room.
Central main living area, with table to seat 10.

Wisteria - This is our most recently opened cottage, very similar to Wharf in it's layout but benefitting from having twin beds rather than bunks in the second bedroom.

Down stairs, the combined sitting dining room overlooks the canal and opens into the garden (which yes, does have a lovely wisteria in it), the kitchen faces the lake - there really are no bad views from any of our cottages!
