Come and stay at one of our luxury bungalows and experience the best of both Devon and Somerset. You can visit the unspoilt Somerset hills of the Quantocks, Brendons, Exmoor and also Dartmoor in neighbouring Devon - not to mention the popular Devon coastal resorts. Lyme Regis, Sidmouth Woolacombe and Minehead are within easy reach. A host of historic houses and gardens are worth a visit, including Montacute, Knightshayes Court, Hestercombe, Killerton and Barrington Court. Taunton, the county town of Somerset, has many attractions for young and old, as does Honiton, which is only 9 miles away, and which is famous for its lace, pottery and antique shops.
South Cleeve is cared for by the owners and only one mile from Churchinford village. It's a well-appointed, pleasantly furnished new semi-detached bungalow, in a rural location close to the owner's 400-acre farm. It's situated in its own secluded lawned garden complete with barbeque, garden furniture and children's play equipment.
There are three bedrooms, two are doubles (one with ensuite) and one twin room. All the rooms have their own colour TV. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The lounge has French windows leading to the gardens, and it is also equipped with a digital top box DVD player. The kitchen/diner has all the necessary cooking equipment plus a dishwasher. All visitors can relax in the sun lounge where they can watch the local wildlife.
The bungalow is double-glazed and oil fired central heating throughout. All heating, fuel, towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Churchinford village, which has a pub. general store and a Post Office. There are a number of small country pubs serving food close by.
Beeches is situated on the outskirts of Churchinford which is a small rural village. The bungalow is attractively furnished and fully equipped for 8 guests. It's situated in an half acre of lawned garden which has play equipment for the children. The lounge is spacious and is equipped with a digital top box and DVD player. The newly fitted kitchen has a cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 double plus basin, 1 twin, 1 double, and 1 small twin with 3ft beds. A folding bed for a child is also available. 2 of the bedrooms have their own colour TV. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin. There is also a wetroom with wheelchair access with, toilet, basin and shower. The bungalow also has a dining room, sun room, games room with snooker, darts and table tennis. Parking is available for 3 cars.
The bungalow is double-glazed throughout, with heating provided by oil central heating. All heating charges are included in the price. Towels and bed linen are provided.
