There are two areas for
self catering, a spacious, self-contained wing within the house and a smaller cottage, the former stable. Both are sumptuously furnished to a high standard.

The Large Cottage is built in traditional style using beams and mullioned windows, and is completely self-contained.

All the rooms enjoy open views over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen/diner has full cooking facilities and the two bedrooms can sleep five people.

One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin as well as a hand basin in the room. The other bedroom has shower, toilet and hand basin. There is an additional separate bathroom downstairs.

All rooms are centrally heated and the lounge has the added benefit of a wood burning stove. All linen is provided.

 Both the Stable Cottage and the Large Cottage are for self catering, but are also available for bed and breakfast if required.

Stable Cottage has a sitting room with colour television, fitted kitchen, shower room with hand basin and toilet, and two bedrooms.

Downstairs is a double bedroom and upstairs a loft room accessed by a loft ladder.

 The loft room has two single beds and space for a third.

All linen is provided. All the rooms have storage heaters and electricity is supplied by coin meter.

Muchelney Ham Farm
set in the Somerset levels, is within easy reach of the Somerset/Dorset coast. Other local attractions include the Yeovilton Aircraft Museum, National Trust houses and gardens such as Montacute House and Tintinhull House, also East Lambrook Gardens and Barrington Court. Cider sampling is just down the road, and golf nearby.
