Horseshoe a charming old world detached cottage is set in its own grounds with a large driveway to the front and a back garden leading down to the river Camel. It is fully carpeted and centrally heated with all the rooms situated at ground floor level.

The large light and airy Lounge diner accommodates six and has exposed beams featuring a lovely Cornish stone fireplace, burning logs or coal. The lounge has a tree seat and two seat settee and matching lounge chair. It is equipped with a satellite colour TV & video recorder and Hi Fi Player.

The dinning area overlooks the flowing River Camel and the beautiful 14th Century Helland Bridge and has a French windows open onto a secluded patio equipped with a patio table and four chairs and surrounded by a small rose and herb garden.

The modern fully equipped kitchen also enjoys river views and is equipped with a full sized electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead electric shower and wash hand basin with hot and cold running water. There is a separate toilet conveniently located in a small hall between the two bedrooms.

The main bedroom has river views and contains an antique, curtain draped, king sized 4 Poster Bed, ample wardrobes and cupboards and its own wash hand basin with hot and cold running water.

The second Bedroom which is accessed through the main bedroom contains two metre wide pine single beds, wardrobes, airing cupboard and a wash hand basin with hot and cold running water.

Hollyhock, a traditional semi-detached Cornish Cottage adjoining the owners Silverstream Cottage. Hollyhock Cottage shares the owners very traditional Cornish country garden but has its own secluded patio area with its own garden furniture. Hollyhock has a remote controlled colour satellite TV, a video recorder, a Hi-Fi system, central heating and some exposed beams. The lounge has a Cornish stone feature fireplace that burns logs or coal and over looks the main back garden and "The Camel Trail".

The dining area is located adjacent to the modern fully equipped kitchen, containing a full size electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

This cosy fully carpeted cottage has on the ground floor a large bedroom with a traditional lace draped four poster double bed, cupboards and fitted wardrobe providing access to the stairs and first floor rooms. There is also on the same level a bathroom fitted with a full size bath, electric overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. With no steps and easy access this room is perfect for our more confined guests.

On the first floor there are two centrally heated bedrooms, one containing two 1.1 metre wide single beds and the other a double four poster bed both rooms being tastefully decorated and fully furnished in Pine. There is a second fully equipped bathroom with Bath, electric overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Lavender, a traditional semi-detached Cornish Cottage adjoining the owners Silverstream Cottage. It shares their old fashioned but typical Cornish country garden and orchard whilst having its own sheltered and fully furnished patio area.

This cosy fully carpeted cottage is all on the ground floor. It has a colour TV with video recorder, Hi-Fi System, central heating and some exposed beams. The lounge has a Cornish stone feature fireplace burning logs or coal and overlooks the main back garden.

All of Silverstream's Lodges are idyllically spread over a large meadow facing the River Camel. They are surrounded with primroses and bluebells in the Spring and with a wide selection of meadow flowers and orchids in summer and enjoy views of the lightly wooded hillside beyond. Each Lodge is surrounded with its own large garden space providing an exceptional level of privacy and seclusion.

All Silverstream properties are fully carpeted, have modern colour TV's and all electrical appliances. have interior sprung mattresses with sheets and duvets supplied. All these three Lodges can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. They all have two spacious bedrooms: one with a full size double bed and in Kingfisher & Sea Gull Lodges the second bedroom contains a pair of full adult size bunk beds. In House Martin the second bedroom contains a pair of twin single beds making it ideal for those groups not wishing or unable to climb up into their bed.

Each Lodge is fitted with a modern kitchen with a full size electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a very comprehensive of kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery.

The light and spacious open plan sitting/dining room is fitted with Scandinavian style pine furniture.

The Bathroom is fully tiled & has a full size bath and an overhead electric power shower. There is a separate and fully tiled WC.

There is a large communal barbecue area close to the river. A Picnic/patio table is supplied for each lodge and there is safe and secure parking for one or two cars close to the front door of each Lodge.
