There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space, and always a choice of pillows and additional bedding, while a ceiling fan allows the studio to have greater circulation of air when it is hot.Rent includes bed-linen, towels and electricity.
There is a separate laundry room downstairs with washing machine, tumble-dryer, indoor drying space and a freezer which visitors share with the Cottage. There is ample space for parking and a private patio area with outdoor table and chairs, giving fine views down the valley, and catching the afternoon sun.

Lower Farm Cottage, once a cow byre, is now a
cosy and stylish holiday hideaway for two to four people. The cottage is
situated at a short distance from the owners’ house, where the stone walls of
the old farmyard create shelter and privacy without hiding the far-reaching view
down the valley. The accommodation comprises: large open-plan living room with
wood-burning stove, picture window and television; kitchen/dining area with
fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher; one double bedroom; shower room
with hand basin and WC. There is a double sofa-bed in the living room.
Rent includes bed-linen, towels and electricity. There is a separate laundry
room in an adjacent building with washing machine, tumble-dryer, indoor drying
space and a freezer which visitors can share. There is ample space for parking,
and a sheltered courtyard area with garden table and chairs. Because the cottage
is all on one level, with a ramp to the door, it is suitable for some visitors
with disabilities and/or restricted mobility – we would be happy to discuss the
possibilities with you.
Shropshire has a wealth of attractions for visitors, from historical market towns to beautiful gardens and stately homes. Ludlow, with its medieval castle and famed restaurants, makes an excellent choice for a day out. The county town of Shrewsbury and the Ironbridge Gorge with its (10!) museums are within easy driving distance. On a trip to nearby Church Stretton, you can take in Carding Mill Valley and the Long Mynd or the working 19th century farm museum at Acton Scott.
There are a host of small, unspoilt market towns around such as Montgomery, Welshpool, and Oswestry. With the Welsh coast, Hay-on-Wye the town of books and numerous National Trust properties near enough for day trips you will never be short of something to see or do.
