If you stand outside the Manor House and listen, you’ll be able to hear the babbling of the Eaton Brook, which flows through the bottom of the valley and is home to a huge variety of wildlife including trout and crayfish. Just a short distance from the brook you can find many country walks through the estate’s nearly endless meadows and sun-dappled woodland. Discover acres of breezy pasture and atmospheric woods, all completely untouched by progress or mass tourism.

So much more than just the accommodation

Each property at Eaton Manor is located in its own grounds and offers spectacular views either down the valley or to the dramatic Wenlock Edge, where deer can be seen grazing at sunrise and sunset.

The Manor House sits in around an acre of beautifully rolling gardens sloping gently down to the fairytale Eaton Brook. Pendennis, too, is set in nearly an acre of fenced gardens which offer a safe and idyllic place for children to play. Curlew Cottage offers a patio area and beautifully maintained lawns stretching down to the Eaton Brook. All the gardens offer complete seclusion and are a wonderful place to enjoy a barbecue on warm summer nights.

Our small covered, heated swimming pool is the ideal place to take a dip in the summer months. We also provide poolside chairs so you can relax whilst keeping an eye on the children!
