Manton Lodge self-catering near Rutland Water is located just outside Manton village. With fabulous uninterrupted views of the Chater Valley, our two refurbished apartments (Garden and Studio Apartments) are surrounded by stunning gardens.

The south facing wing of the house contains a recently built, high-quality, self-catering, ground floor garden apartment overlooking the garden. It is centrally heated and finished to a very high standard comprising:

• Direct access to the Garden
• Sunny bedroom (Beds can be made as twins or double) with door onto patio.
• Bathroom complete with "Bath Knight" for disabled.
• Fully equipped kitchen/diner.
• Free Wifi
• All our double beds are made up as Super King size
• All rooms are large and accessible for disabled.
• Sitting room with 42ins flat screen TV, and patio doors onto terrace, available on request.
• No smoking in the house.

Self-catering Flat Rutland

The south facing wing of the house contains a recently built, high-quality, self-catering, studio flat overlooking the garden. It is centrally heated and finished to a very high standard comprising:

• Large sunny studio flat which sleeps two comfortably (beds can be made up as singles or doubles).
• Galley kitchen with mini double hob microwave, fridge and washing machine.
• Folding bed can be supplied at £10 a night.
• Colour TV and radio.
• Ensuite bathroom.
• An additional ensuite bedroom can be made available, price on request.
• Good access to all the activities that Rutland Water has to offer.
• No smoking in the house.

Manton Lodge Farm is surrounded by beautiful gardens within which you can relax. There are also a number of easy walks both on the farm and in the immediate Manton Village area including down to the south shore Lyndon Nature Reserve of Rutland Water.

Manton Village is home to a church, public house serving meals, antique shop, public telephone and post-box all within walking distance.
