This is a two bedroom apartment situated in the centre of our Villa park. The Villa Francia is fully double glazed and comfortably furnished to our high standards, giving you all the luxury you will need to make your stay in Cornwall very special.

The main accommodation is upstairs with a lounge seating 4 persons, coffee table and Colour TV. The luxury kitchen is well fitted with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and pine table with seating for four. A door leads on to a small balcony with 2 chairs. A modern bathroom includes bath with shower, wash basin, toilet, shaver point and airing cupboard. The comfortable main bedroom has views towards the beach, double bed, pine wardrobe and pine dressing chest. The second bedroom is downstairs with 2 x 3ft single divan beds, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Parking is provided in the Villa car park situated just below your kitchen. £1 coin meter covers the electric. Free storage heating is provided in the lounge and an additional heater in the downstairs bedroom. This apartment is adjacent to the laundry room. The Villa Francia is dog free.

Pennross, Penndowr & Pennacourt

Downstairs is a large lounge with electric fire and colour TV. Door leads onto private secluded patio with table and chairs for you to enjoy your meals outside. The fully fitted kitchen is a home from home and includes electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs is the bathroom with bath, electric shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point. Villas are available in both two or three bedroom, all comfortably furnished, one with double bed, the other bedrooms have 2 x 3 ft single divans in each. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a dressing chest. The villas are warm, cosy and are soundproof too. During off season, electric blankets are on all double beds and free storage heating is provided downstairs, you will be delighted! £1 coin meters govern the electric. Bed linen is included free of charge in all Villas. Cots, high chairs, can also be provided free of charge. Please reserve on booking form. There is one Safety gate in every property but I'm afraid there are no additional ones.

Pennross - They have views over the beach and are the newest of the 2 & 3 bedroom houses. They are equipped with 28" TV's and DVD players and are fully double glazed. You can park 1 car outside each house. These Villas are completely Dog Free.

Penndowr - These also have views towards the beach from upstairs There is parking for 1 car outside each house. We do have some Dog Free Penndowr Villas, please ask. The 3 bedroom Penndowr have 28" Widescreen TV & DVD Player.

Pennacourt - The Pennacourt are furnished to the same standard as the Penndowr Villas but do not have a view towards the beach. There is only 1 parking space outside each Villa except no's.19 & 20 where you need to park in our overflow car park. There is plenty of parking in the overflow Villa Car Park for any additional cars which is very close by. We do have some Dog Free Pennacourt Villas, please ask. The 3 bedroom Pennacourt have 28" Widescreen TV & DVD Player.

The Pennrice houses couldn't be nearer to the beach. Parking for 2 cars outside each house.

The downstairs accommodation includes:

Large lounge with remote control 28" wide screen colour TV
DVD player.
Dining room with pine dining suite seating eight.
Pine Dresser.
Door onto private garden completely enclosed with outside furniture
Luxury kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, fridge and freezer.
Bedroom 1 includes twin beds.
Cloakroom with toilet, wash basin and shaver point.

The upstairs accommodation includes:

Master bedroom with double bed with 14" colour TV. Patio doors leading to balcony overlooking the beach.
Off the master bedroom is an en-suite shower, toilet, wash basin and shaver point.
Bedroom 3 includes double bed also with patio doors leading to balcony overlooking beach.
Bedroom 4 includes twin beds.
Bathroom includes bath with overhead shower, wash basin, toilet and shaver point.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and pine dressing chests. Linen is included along with free heating from storage heaters and free hot water heated overnight. Houses are fully carpeted and fully double glazed. Any daytime use is covered by a £1 coin meter. Additional convection heaters are also in all upstairs bedrooms and in the lounge

Holywell Bay is one of the finest beaches in Cornwall. Just 6 miles from Newquay and Perranporth on the north Cornish coast. Holywell Bay is an ideal spot to tour from as it is very central for all parts of Cornwall. There are 3 village shops, a takeaway and two inns. There is also an 18 hole golf course, Holywell Bay Fun Park, fishing and horse riding very close-by. The secluded National Trust beach at Holywell combines golden soft sands and safe bathing with dynamic caves and cliff walks. With RNLI surf patrols, it is one of the safest surfing beaches on the North Cornwall Coast. There are many caves and rock pools to explore with a large expanse of sandy dunes, providing shelter and privacy. Fishing from the beach is good and the excellent cliff walks provide breathtaking views. Holywell Bay derived its name from a spring fed well, said to have curative properties. It was custom in the older days that parents brought their sick children and dipped them in the well. Above the well is a small cave where the children were lowered from. The well is to be found at the north end of the beach in a large cave, reached only at low tide (photographed below, second row in the middle)

Holywell Bay is a true jewel in Cornwall's crown and has been featured in countless TV commercials and films over the years. Rowan Atkinson filmed a Barclay's Bank advert, Top Secret was filmed here, Norwich Union's advert with the car falling off the cliff was filmed at Holywell Bay and more recently James Bond - Die Another Day had the opening shots filmed on Holywell Bay, with Pennasville being 'home' to the actors and the crew from EON Productions.
