Parc An Grouse is situated overlooking the ocean close to a quiet beach and just a

short walk from St. Keverne village on the Lizard peninsula in South West Cornwall.

St Keverne is a peaceful, friendly village situated on the Lizard Peninsula,

the most southerly area of mainland England. It is within easy access of

many beaches, fishing coves and coastal walks. The village has a store,

butcher, newsagent, post office and two public houses which serve good food.

Frenchman's Creek, made famous by Daphne du Maurier, Helford Passage, and

Kynance Cove are among the many local places of interest: Truro, St Ives

Penzance and Lands End are all only 40 minutes drive away.

This unspoilt area offers coastal and inland walks and the opportunity to

visit the many wonderful gardens of Cornwall including Heligan and the

magnificent Eden Project.

Various sized boats may be hired at the nearby Helford Estuary. Divers can

explore the numerous wrecks and reefs along the coast including the notorious

Manacles Reef where many ships have met there end. Dive charters can be

arranged with Dive-Action diving services in the village.

Ivy Cottage is a comfortable semi detached cottage in a quiet private court yard just two minutes walk from the beach in Coverack village on the Lizard Peninsula in South West Cornwall, sleeping up to five in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Ideally positioned in the centre of the village, the cottage is an easy stroll from the village amenities and the coastal footpath which can be joined at the end of the beach.

Two steps lead up between flower borders to the front door which opens to a reception room which can be used as an extra bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, three steps lead into the beamed lounge which has a stone fireplace with gas fire, comfortable seating for 5, TV. stereo and CD player this room has a large window with lovely views across the bay.

Through the lounge is a well equipped kitchen with useful larder storage, a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fitted oven / hob.

Off the lounge to the left is a large well furnished dining room which leads onto the conservatory.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and large bathroom with shower and bath all rooms have panoramic views across Coverack bay. Beds have duvets. Bed linen, towels, electricity and heating are inclusive.

The cottage was extensively renovated during the winter and is in excellent condition with new carpets throughout

To the rear is a large enclosed lawned garden with covered fish pond and barbeque area also with great sea views.

The village has a pub, tea rooms, restaurants, post office and general store.

The cottage with private off road parking is well situated for walkers with local footpaths to Black Head, Lowland Point and the rugged cliffs of the Lizard close
