West Ord Farm - With a choice of seven comfortable cottages, the available accommodation can cater for a total of 31 people. Families and friends can take a break together.
The two Riverside Cottages offer particularly secluded privacy right on the banks of the River Tweed, and all cottages are cosy and homely.
Wildlife is another speciality of ours - we can number some 70 species of birds spotted and listed recently by an interested guest, along with badgers, deer and otters, which have recently returned to the River Tweed.
West Ord has its own mile of single bank fishing for salmon, sea trout and grilse. We make a good base for trying out other fisheries in the area; they can be contacted through Fish Tweed. We have a large deep freeze and can arrange to have fish smoked and posted on to clients.
Berwick-upon-Tweed has a good selection of supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a sports centre and swimming complex, cinema and arts centre. There are also a number of good country pubs serving food within easy reach of the farm.
