Our stone built Grade II listed Georgian house is situated on the banks of the river Coquet with breathtaking panoramic views over the Northumberland countryside and is a perfect retreat offering the highest standards of comfort and furnishings.

Located on our family run farm, covering 310 acres, we also breed commercial and pedigree livestock. We have a formidable range of pedigree cattle and flock of Texel sheep.
Spread over two floors, Lime Tree lodge has an open plan living area with comfortable seating and a tv, video and dvd player. The spacious lounge overlooks the dramatic countryside views through French doors, flooding the property with natural light. The doors lead outside to a private decked area where you can enjoy the Northumbrian weather and relax with a drink while gazing at the breathtaking scenery near the river Coquet.
A light and airy dining area adjoins the lounge and modern, well appointed kitchen. Lime Tree lodge has a microwave, fridge and freezer, full sized electric cooker, washing machine and dishwasher plus pretty china and cooking utensils to make it feel like a home from home.
The sumptuous bedrooms are split over two levels. One ground floor double bedroom, with matching quality pine furniture and luxurious en-suite facilities. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. There is one beautiful double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with a private bathroom. All bedrooms are exquisitely furnished with crisp bedding and chic lighting.
Lime Tree lodge comes complete with a gas barbeque for outside cooking. There is also a secure lockable garage available to store bikes, golf or fishing equipment and an area for drying wet clothes - ideal for walking equipment.
