Action packed holidays exploring miles of glorious countryside, beaches and moors or simply unwind and relax in comfort. This is not a holiday complex - just one lovingly cared for, very comfortable cottage. For a couple seeking peace and quiet or a party of 8 you can be sure of a warm welcome.

Guests are welcome to help out with the feeding of lambs and calves. Children love to collect eggs for breakfast and make friends with Jo our gentle collie and watch her at work.

Set in a quiet, unspoilt part of Devon, Northcott Barton is a walkers and country lovers paradise. The farm leads into a wooded valley which has been designated an area of outstanding landscape value.

Ideal as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life, you can explore footpaths and beautiful countryside in total peace.

Then, when you can tear yourself away from the farm, there are village shops and pubs and excellent restaurants, great golf courses, fishing lakes and cycle paths and R.H.S. Rosemoor Gardens all within 15 minutes drive. Beaches and moors 30 minutes drive.

The cottage adjoins the farmhouse the cottage is regularly inspected and quality graded by the English Tourism Council, and is comfortably furnished for a maximum of 8 people. Retaining an authentic charm yet equipped to a high standard, with every modern convenience to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

Ground Floor
Spacious beamed lounge with inglenook fireplace and real log fire to welcome early and late season guests. Really comfy furniture with bed settee, TV, video, books and games. Door leading to:
South facing enclosed garden with picnic table, swing and ride-on toys.
Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier, plus all crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Separate dining area with large elm table (handcrafted from a tree grown on the farm) to seat 8 in comfort.
Family bedroom double and single bed.
Bathroom bath, wc and washbasin.

First Floor
2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin.
Shower room shower, wc and washbasin.

Heating throughout. Cot and high chair provided. All bed linen provided, with beds made ready for your arrival. Towels and tea towels available for hire.
