Stubton Cottage is a charming single-storey, three bedroom period flint and brick cottage which has been recently redecorated and refurnished to a high standard. The property has a south facing courtyard and is situated in the centre of the coastal village of Brancaster, within walking distance of the coast.
Stubton cottage is ideally located for those wishing to holiday on the Norfolk Coast, and is within easy driving distance of the beach at Brancaster, Thornham, Brancaster Staithe and Wells next Sea. It is also ideally situated for Sandringham, with its renowned flower show, as well as Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall. And of course for those wishing to sail, the nearby harbours at Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe are ideal.
The North Norfolk coast is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are numerous beaches along the coast from Old Hunstanton through Brancaster and Brancaster Staithe and along to Wells.
There are ample opportunities to bird watch, especially at Titchwell and Holme, and for those keen on golf, the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster and the Hunstanton Golf Club offer marvellous courses within easy reach of the holiday accommodation.

For families with younger children, the Sealife Centre offers much entertainment, as do the amusements in Hunstanton, at Snettisham Park and Playland in Wells.
Eating and drinking in Norfolk is renowned at The Hoste Arms and Fishes restaurant in Burnham Market, The Victoria at Holkham, The White Horse at Brancaster Staith and The King's Head at Bircham.
There are ample opportunities to shop in Burnham market and the area as a whole attracts a whole range of artists and crafts people, many of whom sell their work locally.

Bedroom three contains bunk beds and a bedside table. The Dining room contains an antique pine table and seats 6 comfortably. The sitting room features a wood burning stove, original art and is a comfortable and sunny room
