The spacious accommodation caters easily for 8 + baby, has night storage and electric heaters, wooden flooring and carpeting throughout, comprising: entrance into reception hall with open tread staircase to first floor and glazed double doors into the dual aspect lounge having freeview TV/DVD , wood burning stove (stainless steel flue travels up through to bedroom above) and double patio doors leading to the garden.
Ground floor bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a king size bed. Ground floor bathroom has bath with shower over & grab rail, washbasin and WC.
Fully fitted breakfast kitchen with large table & chairs, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, with door leading to utility room housing fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and sink with door leading to outside.
The first floor landing has a large sitting area/play area with TV/DVD. Master bedroom has a king size bed and door to a balcony with seating area and pleasant peaceful views over the garden. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and bedroom 4 has twin beds.
Upstairs there is a shower room with power shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside there is a variety of garden furniture, hammock and a barbeque.Heacham village centre is just a minutes drive away with its local shops, pubs and post office. Heacham beach is just a mile and a half away. The famous Norfolk Lavender fields are a two minute stroll away!
Oakhill is also ideally situated for the beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches of the North Norfolk Coast including those of Old Hunstanton, Holkham, Brancaster and Wells next the sea.
The area is seeped in natural history from the local archaeological dig at Sedgeford to the Stately homes of Holkham Hall and Royal Sandringham and other places of historical interest.
There is also plenty of opportunity to explore nature and wildlife in the area including RSPB reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham, the North Norfolk coastal path which runs from nearby Hunstanton to Cromer, Pensthorpe wildfowl centre to name but a few.
The gardens and woodland area at Oakhill are also home to a variety of wildlife including ducks, chickens, rabbits, hedgehogs, a variety of birds and a deer has been spotted in the woods!
There is plenty to do for the whole family in the North Norfolk area such as Park Farm at Snettisham with its animals and deer safari, the dinosaur park near Fakenham,
The windmill at Bircham and many more. The seaside town of Hunstanton also has plenty of attractions with its beach, pier and funfair, theatre/cinema, leisure centre and many shops and restaurants.
