Choose between the spacious and well equipped self-catering accommodation provided by the Barn or Stable or luxurious Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast in one of our three beautifully appointed rooms. Self-catering, the Stable and the Barn are furnished and equipped to please the most discerning visitor with secure and private garden areas and overlooking meadows and woodlands. Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation is situated in the Dairy, converted to conservation standards to provide three bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and still maintaining the fabric of Jex Farmhouse, a Grade II listed building situated down a private drive deep in rural Norfolk..
Farmed by the Harvey family since 1919 and still run as an arable farm by Stephen and Lynne Harvey, Jex Farm is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful North Norfolk countryside and coast with its excellent sandy beaches, salt marshes and big skies. Go bird watching, sailing, walking, visiting historic houses, fishing for crabs from Wells quay, seal spotting, playing golf on Norfolk's challenging links courses, take a steam train, go riding or just relax and soak up a slower pace of life.
Barn - The accommodation comprises Entrance Hall leading to an open plan Living Room/Dining Area and Kitchen. The comfortably furnished Living Area has a TV and video, a DVD and a CD/Radio. For cool and cosy evenings there is a wood burner and for barmy summer evenings French doors opening to a private and secure Garden Area with garden chairs and table and a barbeque. The modern Kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and ceramic hob, dish washer, washing machine and microwave.
Bedrooms comprise a Twin Bedroom with an En-suite shower room and toilet. There is a Double Bedroom with it's own TV with stairs leading to a Galleried Single Bedroom tucked into the beamed ceiling. All bedrooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and drawers.
There is a separate Family Bathroom, with bath, basin and loo.
A cot and high chair are available on request. Electricity and oil-fired central heating are included in the price along with a starter pack of fuel for the wood-burner. (Further fuel can be purchased from Jex Farm).

Jex Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Little Snoring with views over open farmland and meadows. It is an ideal base to explore the Norfolk countryside, within easy reach of Norwich, the Broads and the beautiful North Norfolk coastline with it's sandy beaches and nature reserves, National Trust sites and many other attractions.
FROM FAKENHAM: Take the A148 towards Cromer. Follow the Fakenham ring road over the second roundabout (near Morrison's) and continue along the A148 into Little Snoring Village. Just past the 40 limit on the left hand side you pass the Crossways village store, and a couple of hundred yards past that turn left - signposted Little Snoring airfield. Go through the houses and just into open countryside there is a junction with a large grass triangle with a finger post in the centre. Fork right here signpost Thursford and Jex Farm is almost immediately on your left.
FROM HOLT: Follow the A148 through Lethingsett towards Fakenham. Continue along the main road until you reach the village of Little Snoring. Just past the Green Man on your left there is a keep left sign on a pole for the right hand turn. Turn right here signpost Little Snoring Airfield. (sign tricky to spot).Go through the houses and just into open countryside there is a junction with a large grass triangle with a finger post in the centre. Fork right here signpost Thursford and Jex Farm is almost immediately on your left.
