New Cott Farm is set in beautiful peaceful countryside within the Dartmoor National Park.
The self catering accommodation is in two cottages. All overlook hills, woods and green fields and within a five minute walk you can be on open moorland, granite tors or in the Dart Valley.

New Cott is just 5 miles from the A38 and approximately 25 miles from Exeter and Plymouth. To get to New Cott take the second Ashburton junction off the A38 at Peartree, signed Two Bridges /Princetown. Follow the Princetown road for 4 miles. Go through Poundsgate village then take the first left (1 mile from village) and follow farm signs.

New Cott Farm is set in beautiful peaceful countryside within the Dartmoor National Park. The self catering accommodation is in two cottages overlooking hills, woods and green fields and within a five minute walk you can be on open moorland, granite tors or in the Dart Valley.


Wren Cottage self catering - sleeps 2/3 This cottage has one large double bedroom (kingsize), the bathroom has a shower with handrails and seat. Basin toilet and heated towel rail.	Robin Cottage self catering sleeps 4 This cottage has one large kingsize bedroom and one twin. The spacious bathroom has bath with shower. Basin, toilet & heated towel rail.

Both cottages have open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area leading to a veranda
through patio doors. They are beautifully furnished with colour
television, video, radio tape and CD player, microwave, washer dryer, fridge,
cooker. Night storage heaters create a warm and cosy feeling as you enter each cottage.

Both are ground floor accommodation and very suitable for the less able guests,
having wide doorways, no steps and are wheelchair friendly. Non smoking.

Prices include linen, towels, electricity and heating. Please telephone for
available dates, prices and any other information you may need.
