Great Tythe Barn is a luxury, four bedroomed, three bathroom semi-detached cottage on two floors for up to eight people.

Great Tythe has a well-equipped and fitted pine kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine as well as cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The dining area has a farmhouse table, seating eight. The living room has comfortable settee seating, Devonshire pine furniture, large screen colour TV, VCR and hi-fi, night storage heating and electric heating. There is a ground floor bedroom with four poster bed, in antique style and full bathroom with both bath and power shower and a heated towel rail.

The feature staircase leads to three further bedrooms - a double with canopied bed and ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms, all with pine furniture, which share a further full bathroom with bath, power shower and heated towel rail. Great Tythe is light and airy throughout with large double glazed windows and good night storage and electric heating.

There is a garden directly outside with flower beds, grassed area and garden furniture. It is ideal for the large group or family wishing to holiday together in comfort and with excellent facilities. The ground floor of Great Tythe Barn Cottage can also be let, outside peak season, as a superb one bedroomed cottage. Great Tythe Barn is approached directly from the drive with no steps. The living room, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor with no steps and so is suitable for partially disabled use.

Rye Barn is very spacious and full of character, being the original milking parlour. It is on the lower floor, below Wheat and Barley Barns, and has an extremely spacious and well-appointed, double glazed living room with three plump and comfortable settees, storage heating and panel heating. There is a large screen colour TV, VCR and hi-fi and radiant/convector fire. The pine dining table seats six comfortably and the pine fitted kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with split-level cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and power shower above and a heated towel rail for extra comfort. Rye Barn has three cosy, double glazed bedrooms, a double and two twins and is exceptional value for the larger family or group, which could include disabled or a wheelchair user as it is all on one level with easy access from the drive. There is one small step into the double bedroom.

Wheat & Barley Barn Cottages are our smaller barns and are ideal for a family, a couple or group of up to four friends. Wheat Barn Cottage is very cosy, with full double glazing, and private. Ideal for spring, autumn or winter breaks, it is up four outside stone steps and the large comfortable living room features wood paneling and comfortable modern settees, TV, VCR and hi-fi, night storage and electric panel heating with a wood burner style electric stove. The full kitchen has pine dining furniture, full compact cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. It has two bedrooms a double and a twin and the full bathroom has a bath and power shower. As Wheat Barn is our smallest property it is not suitable for four plus a cot. Both Wheat and Barley Barn are up a number of outside steps and so are not suitable for those who have difficulty with walking.

Barley Barn Cottage is on the upper floor of a stone barn and is accessed by a small stone stairway. This cottage is freshly back on the market after under going a complete and though refurbishment, With this property we have blended old character with modern comforts, aiming to make your holiday more relaxing and memorable for all the right reasons. On entering the property there is a large open plan Kitchen, dinning, living area with a new well-equipped maple kitchen including built in oven and dishwasher plus microwave and fridge-freezer with pine dining furniture. The living area has comfortable settees, night storage heater, wood burner style electric fire, colour TV with a VCR and hi-fi. It has a full bathroom with a fresh modern clean feel to it consisting of a good size bath and a modern power shower over head with screen, and towel rail and shaver point. There are two good size bedrooms, a double and a twin each with new pine bedside cabinets, set of 5 draws and wardrobe. All the windows are double-glazed and face west out to sea depending on time of year and tree cover you might even manage to see the sea. From the entrance it has access to a large, sunny, decked, courtyard garden with flower beds and garden furniture.

Red Cottage is a charming two-bedroomed cottage which is fully double glazed, with exposed beams and ivy and roses round the door. It has a double bedroom with four poster bed and a twin bedroom, both with pine furniture and electric heating. The living room is L-shaped, beamed and full of character with plump settees and Devonshire pine furniture, colour TV, VCR and hi-fi, night storage heating and an electric wood burner style stove in the living room and convection heating in the bedrooms. It has a fully equipped dining kitchen with pine furniture, full cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The full bathroom has both a bath and power shower and a heated towel rail for that extra touch of luxury. Red Cottage has two small steps at the entrance and the accommodation is then entirely on the ground floor and enjoys sunshine all day.
