Each has its own courtyard and parking area with disabled access.
Both cottages are 1 bed roomed with en suite, double / King bed and cot, but
will sleep four adults or 2 adults 3 children as there is a comfortable double
Sofa bed in the generous sized lounge .There is a wet room with wash hand basin
,toilet and shower downstairs , enabling disabled suitability.

Each cottage has a well equipped kitchen
with electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave, washing machine, fridge and
dining area. The spacious sitting room has a television, DVD player and a
digital TV receiver. Both cottages have full central heating and private outdoor
area with patio set and barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and Electricity is included.
We are directly adjacent to the Louth Canal, where fishing is allowed ,or just
take a walk along the towpath to see abundant bird and wildlife.
There are many fishing venues within easy reach and one within walking
distance. You can store your tackle in our utility room where there is also a
bait freezer
Cycling is also a great way to see the area with no big hills to climb.
If you feel like a trip to the seaside, travel less than 15 miles in either
direction and you will be there.
We are 2 miles from Covenham Reservoir, Sailing and Water sport Centre.
