Offering outstanding self catering accommodation with fabulous interiors Cedar Park Cottages are a collection of three cottages for 2 to 8 people.
Standing in 5 acres of landscaped gardens, including lawned areas, meadows and paddocks it is an ideal spot for the holiday maker who wants to be close to the coast and also enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Lincolnshire countryside. With Grimsby and the Humber Bank nearby Cedar Park is also ideally suited to business people working in the area requiring a bit more of a 'home from home' rather than a hotel room.
Cedar Park Cottages are situated on the outskirts of Tetney Village which boasts a pub, shops and an 18 hole golf course. A pleasant stroll or short cycle ride would take you to nearby Tetney Lock where the Crown & Anchor serves lunches and evening meals to eat in or take away.
For those wanting the fun of the coast we are only 10 minutes drive from the popular Pleasure Island Theme Park and Cleethorpes with its beaches, entertainment and shops.
The vast outstretch of blue skies join on the horizon with the Humber Estuary where upon at night the lights of the ships at sea can be clearly seen. The wide open spaces at Cedar Park give a feeling of freedom and relaxation.
Wild life roam happily in the Park including pheasants, owls, kestrels, foxes, shrews, chickens and on occasions ducks, swans, and geese from the neighbouring ponds.
Cleethorpes, Grimsby, Louth and Lincolnshire
offers entertainment and activities all year round for all ages. You will have
just as much fun and happiness in the Autumn and Winter and Spring as you will
in the Summer. So treat yourself to a lovely break away in one of our superb

of the wonderful shows at Grimsby Auditorium or the Cleethorpes Parkway Cinema
or what about a day at Market Rasen Race Course.
Take the children for a ride on the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway mini trains
followed by an afternoon of indoor fun at Playtowers(5 floors of indoor soft
play!). MacDonalds and KFC are only around the corner, for a hassle free tea and
off home for to bed tired and happy after a fun filled day!!

Offering comfortable self catering accommodation the cottage features a double bedroom and separate bathroom which has a bath with good quality shower over, w.c. and hand basin.
The spacious, open plan lounge has comfortable seating, including a double sofa bed, and a television, DVD player and cd player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Oven & Hob, Fridge and Automatic Washing Machine. There is also a wide range of cooking utensils supplied for your self catering needs.
A dining table and four chairs is also provided.
The whole cottage is centrally heated which can be controlled by thermostats. An ideal cottage from which to explore the coastal resorts and the Lincolnshire Wolds.

For the larger family or group, the Barn offers high quality and an abundance of space. Featuring many unique features, like the floor tiles (you can actually see a fossil in each one) and the high efficiency solid fuel burner, which together with the central heating ensures warmth and comfort all year round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking range, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and a full range of kitchen utensils enabling you to 'self cater' in an extravagant way. There is a full sized dining table and a comfortable seating area for that after dinner drink.
There is also a separate sitting room featuring the solid fuel burner and comfortable seating for six people and still plenty of room for a game of mini pool or snooker.
Space is the main feature with all rooms being of a generous size. There is even a gym area to work off those extra calories!
The Barn is ideally suited to the larger family or someone working in the area requiring family sized accommodation with room to entertain. Due to the exclusivity of the Barn price and availability can only be obtained by contacting Simon or Sarah directly.
