Athina and Atlanta are large self-catering holiday cottages with all the luxuries the discerning holidaymaker might wish for. Each has a heated indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

Each sleeping up to twenty guests, Athina and Atlanta are ideal for group holidays, family parties, Christmas and New Year breaks, or any special occasion when you are looking for something different for family or friends.

Athina is beautifully located in the village of Welton in the heart of Lincolnshire, on the edge of the Wolds and only a short bus or car ride from the historic cathedral city of Lincoln, famous for its abundance of old churches and many visitor attractions, including the world famous Christmas market each December.

Atlanta is located in the historic village of Theddlethorpe All Saints in East Lincolnshire, close to the Wolds, and centrally positioned between Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe, Skegness and Louth.

Whichever property you choose, you will enjoy a holiday to remember!

There is ample room for everybody to move comfortably about the property without bumping into each other, affording all the privacy you will want. There are a total of ten bedrooms: three with double beds (one en-suite), five twin beds, one triple bedroom and one single bedroom with en-suite Jack and Jill shower room. There are a total of seven bath / shower rooms plus an additional toilet.

• Main Lounge
  Overlooking the main garden area, the large main lounge offers relaxing sofas, digital TV, DVD player, video player and music centre, together with a selection of videos and CDs.
• Second Lounge
  This large lounge is situated on the first floor. It has TV and video, and doors leading to a balcony overlooking the main garden area, where you can sit and relax on warm evenings.
• Main Kitchen
  This luxury fitted kitchen includes everything you will need for your stay, including 24 piece place setting, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, fitted cooker and microwave, etc. In the lobby and utility room, there is a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher available for your use. There are three large fridges and three large freezers.
• Second Kitchen
  This second kitchen, situated on the first floor, is equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, etc.
• Recreation Room
  Situated off the main lounge, this room has a comfortable sofa and a selection of books for you to read.
• Dining Room
  Located off the main hallway, the dining room has a large table and chairs for seating up to 20 people, with soft lighting and a full compliment of table settings, an extra serving table and units.
• Master Bedroom
  This impressive 20' x 17' double bedroom is situated on the ground floor.
• Bedroom 2
  Situated on the ground floor, this 20' x 17' room has a king-size bed, en-suite shower and toilet.
• Bedroom 3
  Situated on the first floor, this 18' x 11' room as three single beds.
• Bedroom 4
  Situated on the ground floor off the games room, this 16' x 10' has two single beds.
• Bedroom 5
  Situated on the ground floor off the main hallway, this 16' x 10' room has two single beds.
• Bedroom 6
  Situated on the first floor adjacent to the sitting room, this 12' x 10' room has two single beds.
• Bedroom 7
  Situated on the ground floor next to the dining room, this 10' x 10' room has a double bed.
• Bedroom 8
  Situated on the ground floor off the games room, this 12' x 8' room has two single beds.
• Bedroom 9
  Situated on the first floor off the living room, and sharing a Jack and Jill en-suite, this 10' x 8' room has two 2' 6" single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed.
• Bedroom 10
  Situated on the first floor, this small room has a single bed and shares a Jack and Jill en-suite.

• Swimming Pool and Spa
  The heated indoor swimming pool is situated between the lounge and games room, with sliding doors leading to the beautiful gardens. The pool is approximately 30' x 15' and ideal for those early morning leisurely swims. It has its own bar, changing room, toilet and shower.

  Leading from the pool area is the Spa room, where up to four people can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi.

• Games Room
  The Games Room is 25' x 20' and is situated off the pool area. It has a full size pool table, table tennis, a selection of board games, dartboard, computer, a selection of toys for our younger visitors, books, chess set, playing cards, puzzles and more.

Athina offers superb gardens, with outdoor seating areas that are very secluded and offer a wonderful place in which to just sit and relax and listen to the stream running through the bottom of the garden. A built in barbeque creates an opportunity for outdoor cooking in summer. Double patio doors lead into the swimming pool.

Athina is located in the village of Welton, just a short bus ride from Lincoln, famous for its Castle, Cathedral and Bishops' Palace.

Atlanta has plenty of bedrooms to cater for up to twenty guests, with ample room for everybody to comfortably move about the property without bumping into each other, giving you all the privacy you will want. The sleeping accommodation is complimented by a total of six bath / shower rooms and additional toilets.

  The large sitting room has relaxing sofas and an open fireplace and is equipped with digital TV, DVD player, music centre, and a selection of DVDs and CDs. Second Lounge
  Second Lounge There is a large lounge situated on the first floor with kitchenette, fridge, microwave and kettle.

  The luxury fitted kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, including fitted cooker, microwave, large American style fridge / freezer, 24 piece place setting, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. In the lobby and utility room, a large American style washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher are available for your use.
• Dining Room
  The dining room, which caters for up to 20 guests, overlooks the garden and swimming pool enclosure. It has French doors leading to the garden and barbecue area. This is just the place in which to relax at the end of the day and enjoy sitting with all your family and friends!

  Situated on the first floor, this large double bedroom includes wardrobes, TV and a relaxing chair.
• Bedroom 2
  Situated on the first floor, this large double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3
  Situated on the first floor, this is another large double bedroom.

  Situated on the first floor, this is another large double bedroom.

Atlanta is located in the historic village of Theddlethorpe All Saints in Lincolnshire, close to the Wolds and sea with an abundance of attractions in nearby Mablethorpe, Cleethorpes and Louth. Beautiful secret unspoilt sandy beach with dunes can be found just a mile away. There is a thatched old English Pub within walking distance with a friendly atmosphere and fantastic pub food, or you could visit any of the small surrounding villages, where there are many old world English pubs serving good value food, including famous Lincolnshire sausages and pork pies.

  The houses boasts a large garden with outdoor seating areas overlooking farmland and offers a wonderful place in which to just sit and relax.
