Old Guadaloupe - We are based in the Heart of Leicestershire, England one and a half miles from the historic Market Town of Melton Mowbray, famous for it's Pork Pies and Stilton Cheese. There is a Street market every Tuesday and Saturday with a Livestock market on Tuesday.
Both properties at Old Guadaloupe have been assessed by Quality in Tourism and hold 4 Star ratings.
Our 500 Year Old Farm House is on a working farm with lovely views over the countryside. There are three spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and Freeview Flat Screen T.V's. The lounge has a flat screen Freeview T.V. & DVD player. Also available is a games room with pool table and dart board. New for 2010 is a very large private and secluded hot tub.
Our beautiful spacious Old Guadaloupe Cottage with its original beams has a King Size bed, remote controlled ceiling fan, freeview TV/DVD player. The bathroom has a large shower, all with central heating. In the lounge there is a dining table, radio/CD, Sky & freeview TV/DVD player. Outside is a large relaxing hot tub.
The newly fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave.
We are also close to Belvoir Castle, Rutland Water, Stamford, Nottingham and the National Space Centre, Leicester. Only 5 minutes walk or drive away is the renowned Eye Kettleby Lakes Fishery with 7 fully stocked course fishing lakes to enjoy.
Old Farm House with three spacious bedrooms, one family room with King-size bed and sofa bed, one double with King-size bed the other bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, Freeview T.V. and DVD player, clock/radio and a hair dryer in all rooms.
The house is set in half an acre of garden, on a working farm with lovely views over countryside from two bedrooms and from the twin room you over look the stable yard. For the younger members of your party there is a games room available with pool table and darts board. We have recently been assessed by Quality in Tourism and awarded a 4 star rating.

Don't forget that you can relax and unwind without any hassle in the private HOT TUB which is for your personal use. Or chill out in the garden which has table & chairs, Sun Lounger's and Barbecue area. Private parking is available.

All you need to bring is food and drink, or make a selection from Melton Mowbrays excellent local take-away's and yes they deliver.
Relax and unwind without any hassle on the private patio area with table and chairs, BBQ, SUN LOUNGE'S and last but not least a HOT TUB for your personal use. Private parking is available outside the cottage.
