Sleeps 7-8 people, sleeping arrangements in the 4 bedrooms are as follows: First floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 4 ft wide (1.2m) bed and vanity unit ; Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom en-suite. There are also 2 ‘Z’ beds which we suggest are suitable for use by children up to age 10. accommodation and unlike many self-catering properties the minimum stay is only

Located right on the Mary Towneley Loop Bridleway and only 1/4mile from the Pennine Way, the cottage is ideal for walkers, mountain bikers and horse riders. The facilities for children are excellent with plenty to see and do in the area. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

The holiday cottage is fed by its own natural spring water, without any additives
It has attractive gardens to the front with patio and outdoor eating area at the rear of the property.
There is a games room in the barn adjacent to the farm house, with full size table tennis table
Guests with children can use the large garden with swing and slide (be aware there is a deep pond in this area).
The central heating is oil fired with a calor gas stove in the lounge
