Parrock Lumb Cottages were renovated over a 5 year period by David and Moira Mitchell. The Dairy and The Shippon opened in November 2006 and Parrock Lumb Farm was completed for Easter 2008

Glass and chrome, oak furniture, leather suites, soft furnishings in simple colours give a relaxing backdrop for your stay in Rossendale at the top of the valley.
Full kitchens have every utensil, pots and pans you need to cook up a feast or enjoy a good takeaway. Dishwasher, microwave, double oven etc etc.
The Shippon benefits from being the end property with beautiful views from both floors. The ground floor of the Shippon has excellent amenities with spacious open plan living areas for sitting with three leather sofas, dining area to seat all guests comfortably and adjoining luxurious kitchen area with full hob, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, and lots of storage space and tall fridge/freezer.
The Shippon can sleep up to 6 people(5 adults and one child under 12). It has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, a master with king-size bed and en-suite power shower, sink and w.c., a Juliet balcony bedroom with full-size twin beds and a third bedroom with a full single bed plus hideaway bed for a child.
There is a full house bathroom upstairs with constant hot water and an
additional downstairs cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin plus washer/dryer.
The second bedroom benefits from a Juliet balcony that looks out onto the
skyline of the extensive Pennine Lancashire Moors.
The Cottage has 85sq metres floor space.
The Dairy can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a master and a twin bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size chrome bed along with a children's den area in the eaves. There is an en-suite with large power shower . The twin bedroom consists of full size twin beds and an adjacent family bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the first floor of the dairy.
On the Ground floor of the Dairy there is a large open plan layout with comfy leather sofas and TV, DVD and cd players to help relax and unwind .Adjacent the dining area seats six easily. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary pots, crockery and full cooker, dishwasher, microwave to make self-catering a pleasure.
Under floor gas central heating is installed on both floors ,padding round
barefoot is idyllic in the Dairy's peaceful setting. Both houses have a minimum
of 500mm thick stone walls, therefore heat is retained and all the rooms are
warm and cosy. The Dairy has an extremely modern interior, which is always kept
clean and fresh for a relaxing stay.

All you need for a splendid stay in beautiful surroundings. All the Dairy and Shippon can offer plus an unusual layout and interesting split level ground floor with planned sun deck area off the sunroom, which floods the whole ground floor with light, and provides an additional leisure area.

floors plus sumptuous carpeting to bedrooms and bath/shower, facilities.
Provides two twin bedrooms + house shower room , plus a master bedroom with
en-suite and king-size bed to sleep 6 adults in total.
