Description of Apartments

Ground Floor

Kingsley One bedroom/ground floor.
Situated outside the main building to the right of the double wooden doors. Enter the door within the area with the raised border. Kingsley's door is in front of you.
Lounge/Diner/Kitchen all in one area. View of the car park. Shower room (NO BATH). One double bedroom, no views, fair sized, zip-link bed.

Fortescue One bedroom/ground floor.
Situated outside the main building to the right of the double wooden doors. Enter the door within the raised border. Fortesque's front door is at the end of the hall on the left.
Views looking over the river Dart to Dartmouth and the Britannia Royal Naval College. Access to the front lawns through the French windows.

Drake One bedroom/ground floor.
Situated outside the main building to the left of the concrete staircase.
One double bedroom with separate bathroom.
Reasonable size Lounge/Kitchen/Diner.
Lovely views across the beautiful river Dart to Dartmouth.

Turner Two bedrooms/ground floor.
The front door is in the porch under the outside concrete staircase.
Lounge/Kitchen & Diner all in one (not large).
Good views of Dartmouth, French doors to the garden - down 2 steps.

Gilbert One bedroom/ground floor - off the Lounge.
Situated in the main house - as you enter through the electronic door the apartment is on your left.
Spacious. Faces out to sea.
Large Lounge/diner. Large kitchen, which is in the Conservatory - lovely views. There is a patio with chairs etc. off the main bedroom (no en-suite) - under cover but open on one side.

Hawkins Two bedrooms/ground floor - off the lounge.
Situated in the main house - as you go through the electronic door you will see the apartment directly in front of you.
Very spacious. Faces out to sea.
Main bedroom en-suite/2nd bedroom with shower room adjacent.
Large Lounge/Diner, separate kitchen facing towards Dartmouth - this apartment has exceptional views out to sea due to it having a large conservatory.

First Floor

Seymour Two bedrooms, first floor apartment.
Situated in the main house at the top of the staircase, it is the door in the middle of the landing.
View from the twin bedroom = grounds and car park.
View from double bedroom = car park and a wall of hydrangea bushes
One bathroom with a corner bath, one shower room, 2 toilets.
Nice size kitchen - long and thin.
Lounge/diner - lovely views of the grounds and Dartmouth Castle/Gallants Bower. Light and airy.

Carew Two bedrooms, first floor apartment.
Situated in the main house at the top of the staircase - it's the door to the left.
The double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, has distant views of Dartmouth - only from eye-level.
The twin bedroom has roof and car park views. There is also a shower room with toilet.
A small compact kitchen is down 3 steps - a view of the roof with Dartmouth in the distance.

Raleigh Two bedrooms, first floor apartment.
Situated in the main house at the top of the staircase it is the door to the right.
Main bedroom is built in the turret with access to the roof for extensive views over Dartmouth and environs.
The twin bedroom has sea views. A spacious Lounge with a separate kitchen.

Edgecombe Two bedroom/first floor apartment.
Situated to the right of the double wooden doors. Enter the door within the area with the raised border. Edgecombe's door is at the end of the hall on the right.
View looking out towards Dartmouth - but as at a higher level, slightly better.
Large Lounge/Diner/Kitchen - the kitchen and dining area are off the lounge - all in one large area.
There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a Shower Room with toilet and sink.

Marlborough Two bedrooms, first floor apartment.
Situated outside the main house, it is the apartment at the top of the concrete staircase.
