The Old Dairy - Two Self Catering Holiday homes set in secluded parkland in close to Sandwich in Kent each comprising kitchen/living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 on ground floor with own bathroom/shower room.
Approached over a long private roadway the 'Old Dairy' is set in 30 acres of established parkland which you are free to walk and enjoy during your stay.
In an extremely peaceful spot, the cottages, converted from a barn in 1993, retain original beams and features and yet have all the modern comforts and facilities.
Each cottage is equipped with fully
fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, microwave,
central heating, double glazing, bathroom or shower rooms to all bedrooms on
ground floor, some disabled facilities, pay telephone, colour T.V., fuel
included - bed linen and towels provided.

Both cottages have fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining/sitting rooms with wonderful views. French doors lead out into their own garden areas with tables and chairs - open the gate and step straight out into the Park.
COTTAGE 1 SLEEPS 4 - 6 + COT
On the ground floor - 1 double-bedded room with its own bathroom, with bath with shower over, w.c. and basin. 2 single rooms with own shower rooms, with showers, w.c.'s and basins. Upper mezzanine floor with twin beds approached by steepish stairs and sharing one of three downstairs en-suites. (A really fun area for the over 8's with sleeping area at the rear above the single rooms and an area to play or sit in over the double room with gallery looking down into living rooms).
COTTAGE 2 SLEEPS 7 + COT
On the ground floor - 1 double-bedded room with own bathroom. 1 twin bedded room and 1 single room both with own shower rooms. Upper mezzanine floor with twin beds approached by steepish stairs and sharing one of three downstairs en_suites. (A really fun area for the over 8's with sleeping area at the rear above the twin rooms and an area to play or sit in over the double room with gallery looking down into living rooms).
The cottages have ramps into them from alongside a car parking area and from the French doors into the gardens. The open plan style of the living areas makes moving around easy both on foot or in a wheelchair. The double-bedded rooms and their bathrooms are wheelchair accessible with rails to one side of the w.c.'s and baths (sorry, no hoists). Basins are at a height to enable the chairs to be slid under for ease of use.
