Previously a 1900 Mens Outfitters, it is now a lovely home and sleeps six people
in three separate bedrooms - two doubles and a twin.
The accommodation includes a modern kitchen, comfortable furnishings throughout,
an attractive bathroom and a games room with a full sized American Pool table.
The interior is decorated and fitted to a high industry standard.
The walled courtyard allows holidaymakers to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine.
What is more the beach is less than 200 yards away.
This really is a perfect location to spend your holiday on the Kentish Coast.
Your accommodation is located inside the Deal conservation area so you will
also be close to the wide range of interesting restaurants, alternative shops,
art studios, golf courses and historic castles.
France can be reached by boat from Dover, only 9 miles away, or by the Channel
Tunnel from Folkestone which is less than 20 miles away.
For the younger people, visit the beach, Howletts Zoo or Wingham Bird park. For
a family day out why not try a day at the races because Folkestone Racecourse is
also close.
Whatever your age there is plenty to see and do during your stay.

If Golf is your game, there are three Championship courses within easy
driving distance (less than 10 minutes away). We can also offer discounted Green
Fees and Professional Golf lessons.
Fishing from the beach, or from a boat are easily arranged. If you are a fresh
water fishing fanatic we have superbly stocked Carp lakes close by - rods can be
hired and children are guaranteed to catch fish in the Match lake. Walkers, bird
watchers and cyclists are all served well too.

Your accommodation is comfortable and having a modern kitchen means all the
mod cons are available to you - new electric cooker, washing machine and tumble
dryer as well as microwave and toaster.
The dining table is neatly housed in the kitchen area which makes a social
experience.
The living room is bright. There is a large Television, a Video player with a
number of selected videos for your use, as well as a CD Player.
Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and the third bedroom offers two single beds. Pine doors and exposed floorboards add to that Georgian feeling.
Full central heating throughout means your stay will be a comfortable one.
The modern bathroom is conveniently situated alongside all bedrooms.
The huge games room on the ground floor hosts a magnificent full size American
Pool table. The table is free for you to use during your stay.
In the next room there is a high specification Table Football game, which will
also keep you entertained.
We supply cards and childrens games too - just in case the British weather gets

Your accommodation is situated in the heart of Deal so you are only 5 minutes
away from Royal Cinque Ports and 10 minutes away from Princes and St. Georges
Golf Clubs. Alternatively, Broome Park or Walmer and Kingsdown Golf Clubs offer
a great challenge. For the beginner we can offer Professional tuition and
discounted Green fees at Stonelees Golf Club, which has three 9 hole courses of
varying difficulty and is located near Sandwich.
To enjoy a full golfing experience please ask us to arrange your week, we have
played them all and can book the tee times that you require.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as plenty of
traditional pubs serving locally brewed ales. Many of our recommended pubs serve
good food and all are within a simple stroll along the historic streets of the
Deal Conservation area. Fishing is plentiful on lakes or by the sea.
Sandwich Bay is only two miles away and it offers a wonderful Bird Watching
Sanctuary as well as a great beach. If you wish to cycle our bikes are available
for hire. The famous Howletts Zoo is a great day out and if you have a passport
why not stock up with some cheese and wine during a visit to France.
