Tamworth Cottage is a superior conversion of a former farm building, actually a pigsty, but don't let that deter you!
Detached, in typical Kent brick and tile this cottage faces SW and has
splendid views across the River Rother valley. There are distant
glimpses of the sea from the farm.
The cottage is warm and comfortable, double glazed and centrally heated.
All fuel is included.
There is a garden for sitting out with patio furniture to watch the sheep grazing or enjoy the spectacular sunset. Parking for two cars is adjacent.
The cottage is fully furnished and carpeted. It has two bedrooms, sleeping four, as a double and two singles. Travel Cot and high chair are available. The large lounge with colour T.V & DVD player has a dining area open to the exposed oak rafters. It has extensive all round views.
The kitchen is partially integrated into the lounge, which facilitates serving and it has a gas cooker with extractor hood, refrigerator, automatic washing/drying machine, microwave, ironing facilities and modern equipment.
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, W.C. and hand
basin with shaver point.
We cannot unfortunately accommodate pets in this cottage.
Meadow Cottage is a lovely, comfortable bungalow. Spacious and detached it enjoys panoramic views of the Rother Valley and Firehills with a garden and grass meadow to the rear.
Meadow Cottage is fully furnished and carpeted and has two large bedrooms sleeping five, plus cot and highchair.
One bedroom accommodates a double bed and hand basin with shaver point and the other room has three single beds. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, washbasin and shaver point. The w.c. is separate.
The very large living room has a dining corner and plentiful comfortable seating with colour T.V. and DVD player. There is a huge picture window with lovely views for 15miles.
