Situated only 20 minutes drive from Folkestone, Ashford, ferries and the Channel Tunnel this region is extremely easy to reach but still gives you that feeling of "being away from it all". With wide expanses of flat sands, low dunes and open vistas Greatstone and Littlestone beaches have become world famous for kite and sand yachting activities.

Take full advantage of the local facilities without having to drive. Within a few hundred yards of the house we have a great fish & chip shop, pharmacy, two small supermarkets and pubs.
If you don't want to cook then both the pubs and an English and Greek restaurant are again within easy walking distance.
The house backs directly onto Greatstone beach. From here you have private access from the back garden directly onto 3 miles of unbroken sand and shingle.

The house has good off road car parking at the front for 3 or
4 cars.
The house has 3 beautifully appointed double bedrooms and one further
bunk bedded room plus 2 bathrooms. All the bedrooms have storage facilities,
carpeting and come with modern lighting and fittings.
The large upstairs lounge has panoramic views across to
Greatstone beach. With a wood burning stove and comfortable chairs and sofas.
The house has a well equipped kitchen adjoining the conservatory/dining room.
Sandy Court is easily found from both junction 10 and 11 of the M20. From Junction 11 follow the signs to New Romney and the A259. When you have passed Sainsburys on the right take the first left onto the B2071 signposted to Littlestone. Continue on this road for 1.1 miles until you reach a T junction with the sea in front of you. Turn right. Follow this for 0.6 mile and you will see Sandy Court (number 59) on the left. You will see Varne Sailing Club on your left and the house is about 20 houses past here virtually opposite a bus stop. Sandy Court Coast Drive, Greatstone. Kent TN28 8NX
If you are arriving without a car the house is easy to find and is only a 5 minute taxi ride from Lydd airport or 15 minutes from Folkestone Harbour or Channel Tunnel exits. Ashford station is also around 20 minutes away depending upon traffic and time of day.
