Come and stay in our beautifully converted stone barn in the
heart of the Devon countryside.
Although it was originally part of the farm buildings we were able to give the
accommodation it's own large private garden and parking, and is set in an
accessible but rural quiet location with views of the Dartmoor National Park.
The Barn makes an excellent holiday base for couples or families. Situated 3 miles from the A30 dual carriageway, it is extremely convenient for Dartmoor, the North or South coasts, Roadford lake which has South West Water's water sports, and other South West attractions. Walking and Cycling are also a large attraction in the area.
We are a working farm with cattle, sheep and chickens. The garden is enclosed with a BBQ and ample garden furniture and one pet is welcome.
The large comfortable sitting room has three sofas, a double sided wood burner, which can be opened from the sitting room or dining room. It also contains the widescreen television with freeview, a DVD and Video player
The barn has a large Kitchen which contains a Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and a CD player with radio. Toaster, Kettle, Plates, Cutlery etc are also included. The door and slate floor leads through to a large utility room where the central heating boiler is located. There is also a downstairs toilet and shower
