There is a comfortable lounge with a large log burner for those cosy winter breaks and a large garden with formal herb garden and lawns to make the most of the "English Summer". We have six bedrooms available, four doubles(including The Master room) and two twins, all rooms are en-suite
Located in the village of Anstey, Anstey Grove Barn nestles in the heart of the idyllic Hertfordshire countryside surrounded by fields, meadows and great country pubs, yet is easily accessible from London, Cambridge or Stansted Airport
We are situated 15 miles from Cambridge and 12 miles from Stansted Airport.
When entering the village of Anstey from the west (Buntingford/A10)
proceed through village keeping to to main road through village, past church on
left, pub(Blind Fiddler) on right, keep on for about another mile towards
village of Meesden and we are just under a mile from Blind Fiddler on the right

Andrew and Alice have been at Anstey
Grove Barn for over 30 years, raising a family and running a farm in the heart
of rural Hertfordshire.
In 1980 they bought a working pig farm
with 20 acres of land and began to build a family home. Within months the
house was built, and within years a broadleaf wood was planted and wildflower
meadow cultivated that have now come to be protected by the Hertfordshire
Wildlife Trust.
The working pig farm has now gone, but the wood, meadows, flock of free range hens and horses remain .
