Upper House Cottage - This fine character oak frame property built in 2005, adjoining the owner's home, stands proudly within 3 acres of grounds in a tranquil setting. It has it’s own entrance driveway and parking.

From the patio (above) there is a 270-degree panorama view beyond May Hill to the south and the Cotswolds to the east. In the grounds is a large wildlife pond (right) complete with great crested newts, ducks, dragonflies, flora and fauna.

The historic market town of Ledbury 2 miles. Hereford, Malvern and Ross-on-Wye within easy reach. Walking opportunities from the door. Cheltenham and Gloucester 35 minutes by car.

Golf and fishing nearby. Malvern Hills 15 minutes by car. Selection of inns and restaurants 2 miles.
