Meadow Barn is a magnificent barn of great character with medieval origins and antique furniture. It is grade 2 listed with 15th and 16th Century wings. The 15th Century wing is open to the cruck-beamed ceiling and holds the farmhouse style kitchen; a large dining area, and a galleried sitting room with sofas, wide screen TV, video and DVD. Another sitting area has armchairs, CD, radio and a wood burning stove. Light streams in through the large glazed barn doorways and there is a sunny area to sit and relax where the glass doors open out onto a 1.5 acre garden with mature planting and distant views towards the Forest of Dean.
The kitchen at Meadow Barn is attractively designed and very
well equipped, with all necessary cutlery and crockery. There are granite
