The Barn at Guiles offers comfortable and tasteful self-catering
accommodation for 2 people and has under floor heating throughout the
ground floor. The spacious living room has a wood burning stove, 2
seater sofa, 2 leather armchairs plus dining table and chairs. There is
also a flat screen TV and DVD player, all laid out in contemporary
style, with colourful woollen rugs over a beautiful slate floor.
Two small steps lead up to the kitchen, which is fitted with all new
modern appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster
and coffee maker. All necessary utensils for preparing and eating food
are included, enabling you to produce a variety of meals and drinks if
required.
On the same level, the shower room has all modern contemporary fittings
including glass shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet, plus heated towel
rail.
A handcrafted oak staircase leads up to the galleried double bedroom
situated within the roof space and lit by roof windows overlooking farm
land. The room comprises of a double bed with sheets, pillows, blankets
and quilt along with 2 bedside tables/chairs.
On the south side of the Barn, and attached to it, there is a lockable
