A two bedroom cottage in the grounds of our house, with spacious secluded garden and private parking. A beautiful rural situation adjoining the River Itchen, only 5 minutes from Winchester.

Ideally positioned for exploring the area. The New Forest, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Southampton and Isle of Wight are all easily reached by good transport links.

Downstairs: This consists of one large open plan room with kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fitted with gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a dining table and chairs, two sofas and a wood burning stove. There is a television with freeview, DVD, CD player and wireless internet connection.

Stairway and Landing: Beautiful views of the garden and river. Deer often seen in the morning mist.

Upstairs
Bedroom 1: King size bed, wardrobe, bedside cupboards, dressing table and mirror.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A cot or put you up bed can be put in this room for an extra child.
Bathroom: Full bath with shower attachment and basin set in large vanity unit.

Shopping in the area:
Village shop in Twyford - which provides all the basics, a coffee shop and delicatessen.
Sainsburys - large supermarket, two miles away
Winchester - Cathedral city with shops to match.
