Hall Farm Cottages are a group of beautiful barn conversions situated in the quiet village of Sedgeberrow at the foot of the Cotswolds, near Evesham.

Set in lawned gardens, there are views overlooking the green fields of the surrounding countryside and the Cotswold Hills.

Each self-catering cottage has been sympathetically converted from Victorian stables and barns to create a modern, comfortable living space, whilst retaining the character of the original buildings with exposed beams and bricks.  Each cottage is equipped to a high standard and the furnishings include many antiques.

A warm welcome is guaranteed and a few goodies and a bottle of wine will be waiting for you on your arrival.

Converted from a Victorian barn, Moat Path & Stable Yard Cottage are very spacious, full of light and equipped and furnished to an exceptionally high standard.  The decor is neutral with pretty soft furnishing, ornaments and pictures.  Many original features and old timbers remain and there are beautiful fireplaces (non-working) in the sitting rooms created from the bricks that were the original feeding troughs for the cows!  The cottages overlook each of their own large lawned garden and patio, complete with table and chairs.

Ground Floor
The Ground floors each have a large entrance hall linking the front and back doors and a meandering corridor that leads you from room to room:

Each large sitting room has double windows overlooking the garden.  Two large comfortable sofas await your arrival, and there is even an old church organ in Stable Yard Cottage sitting room should you be feeling musical!

A separate dining room seats six for dinner.

Each large kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery/cutlery and cooking items you should need, with a separate fridge and freezer, and separate breakfast area seating six.

A utility room with washer & dryer is situated next to the downstairs cloakroom

The Twin bedroom overlooks the garden and contains a mahogany suite of chest of drawers, wardrobe, beds and bedside cupboard.

The Double bedroom overlooks the garden and has a large walnut wardrobe and dressing table set, plus cupboards beside the bed.

Downstairs bathrooms have bath (shower in Stable Yard) toilet and basin.

First Floor
The upstairs is partially set in the roof space, yet the width of this area and the light flooding in create a very roomy area.

The bathrooms each have bath, toilet and basin (corner bath in Stable Yard)

A large twin room looks down on the garden

There is a fourth room that is currently not furnished.

Hall Farm Cottage is a spacious cottage over 200 years old, attached to the main house of Hall Farm.  It is full of character and has a wealth of original features including a beautiful flagstone floor in the hallway.  Due to the steepness of the stairs I wouldn't recommend this cottage for the infirm.

The cottage has its own patio with table and chairs, and access to the main gardens of Hall Farm from this.  There is also a conservatory leading onto the patio.  The cottage shares laundry facilities with the Stable Block.

Ground Floor
Off the entrance hall and corridor is the cosy sitting room complete with a large new comfy sofa and a beautiful old writing desk.  The original fireplace still exists although this is non-working.

Opposite the sitting room is a large kitchen with dining area.  The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher.  The windows overlook the front gardens of Hall Farm and the beautiful tree-lined drive which runs between two fields with horses in them.

First Floor
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one large twin, one double) both with their own washbasins, and containing antique furniture, a bathroom with shower over the bath and separate toilet.

The original Stable Block has been beautifully converted into four charming cottages (see below).  They all have exposed beams and brickwork and contain many original features and antiques.  Doors open onto the gardens at the back where you can sit in a haven of peace and quiet.  All the bedrooms are on the 1st floor and have en-suite bathrooms with shower over the bath.

All of the cottages are furnished to a high standard and have been recently upgraded to include dishwasher and washer/dryers.  A homely feel has been created with neutral decor enhanced by lovely soft furnishings, pictures and ornaments.  Each cottage has ample storage space with wardrobes, drawers and bedside cupboards in each bedroom; all have under stairs cupboards hiding vacuum cleaners etc.

From the moment you walk into Gardeners Cottage a sense of space and peace prevails.  An entrance hall (with hanging space) leads into a spacious sitting room with dining area - a large comfy sofa and two arm-chairs await you; this is separated from the substantial kitchen by a breakfast bar.

The stairs take you from the entrance hall to two very large bedrooms which overlook the gardens.  Both have en-suite bathrooms and separate washbasin areas: One double with extra single bed; One twin.

Coopers Cottage opens into a large entrance hall complete with space for coats and hats, from which leads a large sitting room and dining area.  Being on the end of the block this area has windows / doors on 3 sides providing plenty of light and space.  Again, a large comfy sofa and matching armchairs await you in front of the brick fireplace (non-working). The brand new kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar.

The stairs take you from the entrance hall to the two en-suite bedrooms  which overlook the gardens: One double; One twin.

Grooms is a delightful cottage ideal for a couple on their own or with a child.  An entrance hall, complete with hanging space, opens onto a cosy sitting / dining room from which double doors lead onto the gardens.  The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar.  Two comfortable recliner armchairs lounge in front of the TV!

From the entrance hall the stairs lead directly into a very large bedroom with a double and single bed, overlooking the garden.  It has a separate toilet and en-suite bathroom.

Carters is a charming cottage ideal for a couple.  The entrance hall with hanging space leads into a cosy sitting / dining room from which double doors lead onto the gardens.  The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar.  Two comfortable armchairs allow you to relax.

From the entrance hall the stairs lead directly into a large double bedroom overlooking the garden.  It has an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet.
