Barmouth Cottages - We have a total of 5 holiday cottages that are located on two
separate farms; Bennar Isa Farm and Rowen Farm. The cottages have varied styles
and occupancy levels and will be suitable for most families wishing to visit
Barmouth, Harlech and the Cambrian Coast one of the most beautiful parts of
Snowdonia, North Wales.
A family run and personally supervised business providing family holiday
accommodation for the past 40 years.

BENNAR ISA FARM is situated 4 miles from Barmouth & Harlech and 1 mile from
Dyffryn Ardudwy and Talybont Villages, ideally situated for touring Mid/North
Wales and Snowdonia.
A five minute stroll through our farm fields and boardwalk with picnic benches,
brings you to one of the loveliest beaches in Mid Wales. There are magnificent
sea and mountain views from each house. The area is renowned for its outstanding
scenery and natural beauty.
All three dwellings are stone built with 3' deep window recesses, and were
originally the old farmhouse and out-buildings before they were converted and
modernised to a high standard with original features, the holiday accommodation
are in an enclosed large lawned garden with individual private patio with table,
chairs and BBQ.

ROWEN FARM is situated in the delightful village of Talybont, mid way between
Barmouth and Harlech. The properties are adjoining Rowen Farmhouse with a 15-20
min. stroll through our fields to the beach. Both dwellings are stone built and
were originally the old stable and grain store before being converted to a high
standard keeping the original beams and trusses.
Both properties at Rowen have recently been fully double glazed, luxury fitted
carpet and decorated throughout. Freezer and launderette available. New this
season:- Luxury beds and mattresses throughout. FRI-FRI Let.
We do not supply bed linen or towels, this is reflected in the price [unless
travelling outside of UK with prior notice at extra cost].
Travel cot + high chairs can also be hired.
Booking-in time no earlier than 3:30pm, please notify us of late arrival. Units
to be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Units to be left as found clean and
tidy, all cleaning materials and vacuums are supplied. Environmentally friendly
products i.e. washing-up liquid, washing detergents, fabric softeners etc. only
to be used at Bennar Isa.
Keys for your cottage to be collected from the office @ Rowen Farm.
All units are fully equipped including duvet, blankets, 2 pillows pp. and
electric blankets in winter, hairdryer, clock/radio, Iron and board. Books,
puzzles and games.
