Woodend Farmhouse with its adjacent annex sleeps up to 18 people. Enjoy dining in the huge farmhouse kitchen with 12 foot pine table, an oil-fired Aga (the heart of every country house) providing constant cooking ability 24 hours a day, plus crackling log fires to warm your toes!
The Banqueting barn is available for hire when several cottages are booked together for that special reunion/get together etc. All properties are equipped to a high standard with colour T.V's, cookers, microwaves and fridges. Others also have video players, music centres, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryer. Full heating and electricity is included in our rates, (no meters or coin boxes). Pets are accepted in some cottages. Smokers are requested not to smoke in bedrooms. Philip and Lynne Workman are the proprietors and are available to assist visitors with local information, this maybe of special interest for overseas visitors.
Woodend Farm's peaceful setting is centrally located and easily
accessible from most parts of the country, being just 4 miles away from junction
9 or the M5 and 2 miles form the M50 motorways. We are approximately 2 hours
from London and Manchester, 1 hour from Bristol and Birmingham.
Stratford on Avon, Oxford, Cheltenham and all the Cotswolds picturesque towns
and villages are all within easy reach.
The Farmhouse is an extremely spacious detached 16th century country house, which sleeps 18 (16+2). The accommodation boasts a very spacious lounge with a large inglenook open log fireplace, a beautiful drawing room, games room with pool table, a large impressive beamed kitchen/dining room with Aga, gas hob and electric double oven. Also a generous sized utility room with w.c. off. Downstairs there is also a twin bedded room with en-suite facilities.
Upstairs there are three double (one four-poster) bedrooms and three twin bedded rooms. One has an en-suite, two with shared facilities and also a family bathroom with shower over bath. The annex has a galleried double bedroom and a downstairs living area with double futon (for +2) and log burning stove and shower room with w.c. There is a patio (with barbecue) and a very large garden for outdoor games. The farmhouse is equipped with a colour T.V., video, radio/cassette/c.d. player, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. All electricity and a supply of logs are also included.

door leading to private terrace. Upstairs, double room with half-tester bed,

with w.c.

pretty rooms, one with four-poster bed and one with three single 3ft beds and
enjoying far reaching views of Bredon Hill and beyond. Shower room/w.c.

A new extension to the barn - built just 150 years ago! Barn
owls once used to search for prey here, little owls still nest nearby. A single
story cottage with private fenced garden area with excellent view. Living/dining
area with vaulted ceiling and small log burning stove, French windows to private
patio. Galley style kitchen area. One double bedroom and one twin, together with
bathroom/w.c.

Ground floor double bedroom with w.c. off, leading up an open
tread stair case to the 'lofty' living/dining room with small kitchen area and
