Park Farm Holiday Cottages offer a choice of five luxury self-catering holiday cottages near Stow-on-the Wold in the Cotswolds. We provide a perfect base for exploring Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. All of our holiday cottages have free Wi-Fi.

Maugersbury is a quiet hamlet, older than the nearby Cotswold market town of Stow-on-the-Wold in Gloucestershire. Four of the holiday cottages at Park Farm have been converted from barns that were once part of the Maugersbury Manor Estate, while the fifth is a self-contained wing of the farmhouse. They are about 100 yards from each other, with their own grounds and ample parking space, giving each cottage plenty of privacy while still being near enough for group bookings for family and friends.

The cottages are comfortably furnished and very well equipped. Stonewell Cottage has been graded 5-Stars by Enjoy England; the others are 4-Stars graded. We welcome children and are pleased to provide cots and high chairs free of charge.

Park Farm has a level games lawn with an outdoor table-tennis table and a badminton net. For more serious sport, we also have an all-weather tennis court. Next to the games lawn, a free-standing barrel barbeque is available for your use, so you can cook while watching the children play. Alternatively, each cottage has a patio with patio furniture so that an al fresco meal can be enjoyed in your own space. The horse-drawn ploughs, hoes and harrows that were once used here at Park Farm have been repainted and placed in a collection just by the games lawn. In nearby paddocks, we keep a few hens and grazing ponies.

Stonewell is a fascinating, two-bedroom, one-level, Cotswold-stone barn converted from a milking parlour and smokery into a 5-Star luxury self-catering holiday cottage for four to six guests.

The cottage has vaulted ceilings exposing traditional peg jointed oak roof trusses and solid oak flooring throughout. Covered by reinforced plate glass at floor level, the sitting room boasts a fascinating 12 ft deep illuminated well that makes a stunning feature. All of the main rooms are light and airy with south-facing windows from which to enjoy fabulous Cotswold views.

Daisy Bank is a delightful one-level self-catering holiday cottage converted from a stone barn that was once the electricity generator house supplying electricity to Maugersbury Manor.

All the main rooms enjoy lovely views over the Cotswold valley just south of Stow-on-the-Wold in Gloucestershire.

Fishers Cottage is a self-contained wing of the owners' farmhouse.

With plenty of character and good views, it is an ideal choice of self-catering holiday cottage for a family of three or four wishing to visit the Cotswolds. With its own driveway and patio, privacy is assured.

Dating from the days when oxen were used to work the land, The Oxbow is a single-storey stone barn converted to create a cosy self-catering holiday cottage with a vaulted ceiling and exposed roof trusses.

Sleeping either two or three, it offers ideal self-catering holiday cottage accommodation for a couple or a family and child wishing to visit Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

Formerly the stables at Park Farm, Swingletree is a very attractive one-level Cotswold stone barn conversion with a vaulted ceiling and exposed roof trusses.

This 4-Star luxury holiday cottage offers ideal self catering accommodation for a couple wishing to visit Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.

Park Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in Maugersbury, just ½ mile south of Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire. On our own small farm, facing south and overlooking an attractive valley, our self-catering cottages make a perfect holiday location.

If you enjoy walking, Maugersbury is situated on the Macmillan Way, which passes through the wonderful villages of Lower Slaughter to the west and Upper Oddington and Lower Oddington to the east. It is also easy to get to the Oxfordshire Way, Gloucestershire Way and Monarch's Way, all of which lead through beautiful Cotswold villages and countryside. Yet another footpath leads southward from Maugersbury to Icomb and the reward for this effort is the stunning view back towards Stow-on-the-Wold.

Within ten miles of Park Farm there are facilities for golfing, horse riding and fishing. There are many National Trust properties and well-known gardens nearby, as well as famous historic stately homes such as Blenheim Palace and Sudeley Castle. Further afield, you can visit the Malvern Hills, Forest of Dean, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford and Bath.
