Glebe Farm, Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Five very high standard and spacious barn conversions in the centre of the Cotswolds, two miles from Cirencester, one hour from Stratford, Bath and Oxford. Located in the grounds of the owner's house in a very peaceful and rural area, they are beautifully furnished with antiques and pine, imaginatively converted making the most of the fine roof structures, old beams and exposed stone walls.

They are equipped to a very high standard, each with a colour television, fridge, microwave and night storage heating. All other electricity is included in the price and all linen and towels are provided. Baby-sitting and maid services are available. Shops are only two miles away and there are two pubs within a mile.

Shared utilities are a washing machine, tumble dryer, a freezer and a payphone. Facilities include a large patio, barbecue and ample parking. pets are welcome.

Calf Pens

Beautifully furnished accommodation comprises open plan sitting room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one double and one twin and a galleried twin bedroom. Accommodation allows for 4 & 2 plus a baby and is suitable for the partially disabled.

Dairy

This lovely barn conversion comprises of a first floor open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with a log burning stove (logs provided) and a balcony over-looking the patio. One double bedroom and one twin sleeps four.

Granary 1

Comprises of an open plan lounge with dining and kitchen area on the first floor. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor. As with the other cottages this property is furnished with antiques and has traditional stonework and open timbers.

Granary 2

The first floor has an open plan lounge with a kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double are on the ground floor.  The main feature of this cottage is the beautifully beamed sitting/dining area.

Milking Parlour

This cottage sleeps six people in 3 bedrooms, one being on the ground floor and two upstairs by way of separate staircases. Accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms sharing the second bathroom. Large sitting/dining room, ante-room and kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc.

Furnished to a very high standard it includes antique furniture, full pile carpets, central heating, wood burner in sitting room. Outside, this cottage has its own patio area and barbecue facilities which get full advantage of the afternoon and evening sunshine.
