The Forest Of Dean is an ancient woodland in which people and animals have roamed for centuries. Staying in one of our attractive holiday cottages gives you (and your dog or horse) that same freedom.

Built in the middle of an ancient forest an idyllic rural setting, our holiday cottages make the ideal base from which to enjoy the hundreds of miles of woodland walks, mountain bike trails and attractions on offer in the forest of dean, with direct access to the forest, secure storage for bikes, plus a warm welcome for dog owners and their pets.

All the cottages are centrally heated and well appointed with co-ordinated soft furnishings, remote controlled colour TVs, carpeting throughout and have furnished patio areas. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas hob, both a conventional and microwave oven, plus everything you need for preparing a leisurely Sunday roast to a quick snack.

There is also ample parking for cars, a shared utility room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble drier, a large fenced paddock which is ideal for picnics, barbecues, ball games and exercising dogs and a convenient gate which allows you direct access to the forest itself. So whether you want to challenge nature or just sit back and enjoy it, we really are your gateway to the forest of dean.

 

Sympathetically converted from existing farm buildings in a courtyard setting, together with our 17th century house, the cottages are in a secluded position bordered by fields and woodland.
