Chipping House is a 'Home from Home' for you. Our aim is
to make your stay here as much like
home as possible, both comforting and welcoming. We like to feel there is an
easy and natural transition from your home to Chipping House and vice versa.

Chipping
House is the ideal house for large family parties and groups of
friends. The warmth and personal atmosphere of this townhouse makes it perfect
for parties and celebrations. Paintings, pianos, books and games add to its
interest. The essence of a striking Georgian townhouse, Chipping House is an
elegant home without being grand or uncomfortable. It is steeped in history with
architectural features such as ships’ beams.

First Floor
• Bedroom 1 with an Emperor sleigh bed, dressing area and an en-suite bathroom
with ‘his and her’ wash basins and a bath with power shower
• Bedroom 2 with double bed and en-suite power shower
• Bedroom 3 and 4 : Two independent twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds)
• Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Family bathroom (bath with power shower)
Chipping House is a place for you to unwind and relax. Our aim is
to make your stay here both soothing and convivial. The following is a list
of the facilities that make your stay just that little bit easier. Please do
not hesitate to get in touch if you have any special requirements.

Adults: Plenty of books, games, jigsaws and a piano suitable for adults
Included: Electricity, gas central heating and hot water. Wood for log burners in drawing room and dayroom/library
Washing: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ceiling mounted drying rack, outside washing line
Kitchen: Food mixer, kettle, microwave, toaster, Stellar stainless steel saucepans, crockery, glass and cutlery
