Rectory Coach House nestles in the pretty unspoilt rural village of Buckhorn Weston which lies on the edge of the beautiful rolling hills of the Blackmore Vale. The village is home to the historic 13th Century church of St. John the Baptist and the renowned inn, The Stapleton Arms is a short 2 minute stroll away with its excellent and varied menu.

Situated at the crossroads of Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire it makes this an ideal venue for sightseeing or just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

Only 3 miles from Wincanton in Somerset with its racecourse, Shaftesbury in Dorset with the famous ‘Hovis’ Gold Hill and Longleat House in Wiltshire; you will be spoilt for choice whether to sightsee or just relax in the beautiful surroundings.

The coastal resorts of Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth are less than 1 hours drive with the beaches and Jurassic coastline to enjoy or explore. In addition to these you can head in the opposite direction to the North Somerset beaches of Weston- Super- Mare and Burnham –on- Sea.

For the more active, Rectory Coach House lies on the North Dorset Cycle Way and offers the rider an interesting and varied route with which to enjoy the local countryside.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms approached via an attractive staircase: 1 double with far reaching countryside views, and 1 twin (the travel cot will be located in this room when needed). Bathroom with shower over shower bath, vanity basin with mirror over and WC. Lounge with TV, DVD and electric-effect fire.

Kitchen/diner with cooker, microwave, fridge with ice-box, dishwasher, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Utility room off with washer/dryer and separate WC. Parking to the front of the coach house and behind gated entrance. To the front of the coach house is a pleasant courtyard to enjoy alfresco dining with seating. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking. Beach 45 minute drive, shops 4.5 miles, pub walking distance.

Rectory Coach House provides all the comforts of home with the peace and tranquillity of the rural escape. With the local pub & restaurant just 2 minutes walk and stunning views from all windows, it offers the visitor the perfect opportunity to unwind.

The Coach House is approached through wrought iron electric gates and is situated in the grounds of a magnificent Victorian rectory with its own personal parking area.

There is an enclosed courtyard patio with table and chairs and entrance doors into the kitchen/diner and lounge.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge, dishwasher, integrated cooker, microwave and a washer drier in a separate utility area. There is a downstairs cloakroom off the utility area.

The kitchen leads through to the comfortable oak floored lounge with wall mounted feature fire and access to patio area.
