and Lyn Lambert have been catering for Bournemouth seaside resort holidaymakers
at Aaron and Lyttleton Lodge for over 35 years.
These modern holiday apartments situated in a pleasant residential area of
Boscombe offer accommodation for one to ten persons in clean self catering
studios, one, two and four bed roomed flats close to a superb sandy beach, shops
and entertainments.
Holidaymakers are accommodated in either an elegant Victorian property or
spacious new wing. Each flat is completely self-contained and provided with
constant hot water from each flats own gas boiler.
Bournemouth town centre is a few minutes away by motor car or there is a
frequent bus service. Boscombe is an ideal base for touring many places of
interest in the Dorset and Hampshire countryside, with to the east, the New
Forest, Beaulieu, and the Isle of Wight and to the west, Poole with its
magnificent harbour, Corfe Castle, the Jurassic coast and the picturesque Dorset
villages.
A car parking space is provided for each apartment in our own grounds.
Lyttleton Lodge and Aaron are ideally suited for the self catering holidaymaker. The apartments are situated in a pleasant residential area of Boscombe yet only a few minutes walk from the superb sandy beach and the excellent shopping centre at Boscombe. All the accommodation has been extensively altered to make all accommodation completely self-contained.
Lyttleton Lodge apartments now comprise studios, one and two bed roomed flats sleeping up to eight persons (most flats also have a pull down double bed in the lounge, giving an extra sleeping room if required). Blankets and pillows are provided for all the beds.
All kitchens/kitchenettes are
fully equipped with fitted cupboards, gas hob, electric oven, cooker hood
extractor, refrigerator or fridge freezer. Crockery, cutlery and cooking
utensils are provided. Constant free hot water is provided to all apartments
from each unit’s own gas boiler.
Gas central heating is available for out of season bookings. All windows are
double glazed. The gas supply for the hot water and cooker are provided free.
Electricity power supplies are via £1.00 slot meters.
Aaron
Apartment
Aaron is a superbly appointed ground floor four bed roomed apartment in a
purpose built southerly facing block.
There is a large lounge, separate dining room, bathroom and second toilet. The
flat includes a large well equipped kitchen (including double oven, microwave
cooker, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
Aaron is well furnished and equipped to sleep up to ten persons. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards, two of the bedrooms have a double and single bed (one of these bedrooms with a wash basin). One bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has three foot wide metal bunk beds.
The Bournemouth town centre is a
few minutes away by car or there is a frequent bus service from Boscombe bus
station, a five minute walk away. Renowned for its beach, gardens and wooded
chines, Bournemouth caters for practically every taste with its cinemas, shows,
night life and shopping centre. For the sports person the area offers unrivalled
choice for sailing, fishing, golf tennis, swimming, riding and bowls to mention
but a few.
Boscombe is an ideal base for touring by car or coach the many places of
interest in the lovely countryside of Dorset and Hampshire, with to the East,
the New Forest, Beaulieu, Isle of Wight, and to the West, Poole with its
magnificent harbour, Corfe Castle, the Jurassic Coast and the picturesque Dorset
Villages.
