Barley Cottage
A very pretty single-storey cottage, Barley offers a particularly private
location with a large garden, which leads into the Wildflower Meadow. The living
room enjoys fine views over the adjoining valley.
If you enjoy watching wild birds you can sit in comfort in the lounge and see at
least 20 different species taking nuts from the bird feeder.
Barley has a separate fitted kitchen with dining area. There is one small double
bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Shipload Cottage
The largest of the three cottages, Shipload offers split-level accommodation
with wonderful views across the valley. The living room has a balustrade, which
overlooks the kitchen below. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single
with the option of a drop-down bunk. The bathroom has a bath and shower
attachment. French doors lead onto the sun terrace and garden.
Windbury Cottage
Windbury is a lovely single-storey cottage with a sun terrace. The cottage has a
beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite double shower room. It also offers a
spacious 21 feet open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, with small double sofa.
Yapham enjoys complete tranquility, yet is perfect for visiting nearby
tourist attractions such as Hartland Abbey, a delightful stately family home,
Clovelly, one of the world's most famous and unique villages,
The Tarka Trail, a 180 mile recreational route for cycling and walking
enthusiasts, Lundy Island, a peaceful and unspoilt island of outstanding beauty
and the South West Coast Path, where the North Devon section is 90 miles long
and boasts some of the most spectacular scenery of all.
