Our five self-contained apartments are spacious, airy and fully furnished - designed for your comfort and relaxation. Each apartment is fully self-contained and includes a well equipped kitchen with all the facilities of a home from home and bathroom complete with bath, shower, toilet and shaver facilities.

There is a colour television-video combi with teletext, heater and central heating for the early or late break. Bed linen and duvets are also included so you have everything you need for a holiday to remember. Personal greeting by the resident proprietors ensure your accommodation is immaculate for your arrival and your holiday starts without a hitch.

Catering for yourself is what you want it to be - you have the freedom to come and go as you please - get up when you please - eat when you please, whether in the apartment or in one of Torquay's many excellent and varied restaurants and pubs.

APARTMENT ONE 
A maisonette apartment accommodating 1-4 people. The ground floor has an entrance hall off which is a lounge and separate modern kitchen. Upstairs is a spacious, beautifully appointed double bedroom with double bed and a small separate bedroom with full size bunk beds. A well equipped bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath and shaver point.

APARTMENT TWO 
Accommodating 1 - 2 people. A large and airy ground floor apartment, comprising bedroom with pine double bed and pine furniture. Combined lounge with comfortable armchairs, dining area and kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances to a high standard. Separate bathroom with bath and shower over the bath and shaver point.

APARTMENT THREE
Extremely spacious 1st floor apartment with magnificent sea and pool views accommodating 2-6 people in two separate sleeping areas. A large family bedroom consisting of 1 double and 2 single beds and a full size luxury sofa bed within the generously sized lounge provides a separate area for sleeping. Separate bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath and shaver point. Also with a modern fully equipped separate kitchen.

APARTMENT FOUR
Extremely spacious 1st floor apartment with beautiful sea and pool views from both the lounge and bedroom accommodating 2-6 people in two separate sleeping areas. A large family bedroom consisting of 1 double and 2 single beds and a full size luxury sofa bed within the generously sized lounge provides a separate area for sleeping. Separate bathroom with bath and electric shower over the bath and shaver point. Also with a modern fully equipped separate kitchen.

APARTMENT FIVE
Well proportioned 1st floor apartment accommodating 1-4 people with a bedroom consisting of 2 single beds that can convert into a very comfortable super king (6ft) bed and a luxury 4ft 6" double sofa bed in lounge for separate sleeping area.  Combined lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen with modern appliances.  Separate bathroom with shower over the bath and shaver point.

The English Riviera The English Riviera, which covers the three towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham is situated in the heart of glorious South Devon and offers something for everyone, whatever your taste. There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches and walks to rival any in the South West of England, with a climate that belongs somewhere much further South.

Torquay Torquay's waterfront is the focus of life in the town. Here you'll find the palm-lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an International marina. There is an abundance of pavement cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightlife, good quality shops and a host of family attractions. Torquay is also rightly famous for its floral displays, which adorn most public areas with an ever-changing array of colour for most of the year. For gardening enthusiasts there are over 2,000 acres of public gardens to enjoy. From promenade flowerbeds to country parks, the diversity and beauty of the plant life here will amaze you.

Cockington Country Park Situated in a secluded valley between Torquay and Paignton, Cockington is ideal for a short walk or a whole day out in the country. Its world famous thatched village has remained virtually untouched by the turning of the centuries. In addition there are a variety of walks through woodland and ornamental grounds, Cockington Court Craft Centre and a Norman Church.

Attractions Torquay has a wealth of attractions to cater for everyone. Below are just a few examples. Living Coasts Torquay's coastal zoo, catch the free ranging penguins and a whole lot more. There's a fascinating range of coastal creatures from the playful fur seals and colourful puffins to the elegant wading birds and spectacular sea ducks. Birds fly freely overhead while you explore sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and a peaceful estuary. The underwater viewing areas show the seals and birds diving at their best.   Babbacombe Model Village A world in miniature, the Model Village is one of Britain's best-loved attractions. In amongst its breathtaking gardens you'll find a city centre, stately home, Stonehenge, Wembley Stadium, streams, waterfalls and much more. Bygones A life sized Victorian Street with over 20 shops and period rooms, large model railway and Fantasyland. Kents Cavern Take a trip through 2 million years, discovering prehistoric remains and spectacular rock formation. Fully guided tours give a unique insight into this underground world. Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway The Railway lets you experience the magic of the steam age on a 7-mile stretch of the Great Western Railway. The train takes you on a spectacular journey alongside Torbay, then through the wooded slopes to the River Dart. Paignton Zoo In this exciting world of wildlife you will find state of the art enclosures designed with the animals and visitors in mind. Stalk through the Big Cat Forest, swoop into the Bird Aviary and sink into the Wetland Experience. There is also plenty of hands on fun and a lively programme of wildlife events. Quaywest Beach Resort Just behind Goodrington's long sandy beach you will find the exciting and entertaining world of Quaywest. At its heart is Shipwreck Island, where half a mile of water slides twist, turn and splash in this open-air waterpark. Nearby Grand Prix Go-Karts whiz around a specially built circuit and there is much more fun on the water with the Bumper Boats. Riviera Centre Torquay's indoor beach with Fun Pool, complete with flume ride and wave machine.
