This property is set high on a hillside overlooking the Tees Valley, an area of outstanding beauty long known as the Secret Dale.

Stable Court is a Grade II listed property and is close to another historic property once reputed to have been used by King James II in the days when the surrounding area was a deer forest.
The Estate is thought to have belonged to Richard III and given to Miles Forrest for his alleged part in the murder of the Princes in the Tower.
All fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rental. A cot and high chair are provided.
The garden is enclosed and has garden furniture.

Easy access to lovely walks direct from the property to the picturesque villages of Cotherstone and Eggleston, both offering pubs, shop and Post Office.
Countless hiking possibilities during the summer and ideal skiing slopes during the winter as well as fishing, sports centre with swimming bath, pony trekking and a very good 18-hole golf course at Barnard Castle (4 miles).
