has been fully furnished to the highest standards so guests benefit from a home
from home experience. At Plawsworth our Serviced Apartments offer
freedom, space and convenience . . . a place to live not just to sleep.
Plawsworth is a quiet award-winning village of approximately 40 houses, a
busy pub serving food and one working farm. During the months of July and
August, Plawsworth Hall Farm is open to the public for soft fruit picking.
Plawsworth Hall farm has recently been developed into a collection of
purpose build serviced accommodation. The traditional stone and brick farm
buildings and granary, form an original farm court layout Comprising a mixture
of one and two bed roomed apartments and three bed roomed cottages. Lawned
courtyard with additional landscaped recreational area to the rear.

One bed roomed apartment
Lounge with kitchen/dining area. Separate bedroom, double or twin beds, en-suite
bathroom. Sleeps two.
Two bed roomed apartment
Lounge with kitchen/dining area. 4 apartments have double and twin bedrooms with
1 bathroom and 4 have double and single bedrooms with two bathrooms. Sleeps
three/four.
Three bed roomed apartment
Completed in 2008 with a large open plan kitchen dining and living area,
Sleeping 5 with 2 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms, these apartments enjoy
fantastic views of the North East countryside.
Two bed roomed cottage
Two bathrooms (one en-suite) dishwasher, freezer and auto washer/dryer. Separate
lounge, large kitchen/dining area. Sleeps four.
Three bed roomed cottage
En-suite bathroom in master bedroom, family bathroom, separate kitchen. Coal
effect gas fire in lounge. Sleeps five/six.
We regret that we can not accommodate pets. Guests are asked to provide their
own personal towels. However towels are available by negotiation in advance.

the attractive much sort after village of Plawsworth.
The large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom detached property benefits from a large kitchen with dining area, dining room, living room and utility room. The extensive private garden area is a perfect venue for summer bbqs and relaxation.
A busy pub and restaurant is a three minute stroll away. A paper shop and food store are within walking distance (500 yards). The Arnison Centre Retail Park with a large Sainsburys hypermarket is just over a mile away. Several excellent take-away food outlets are available in Framwellgate Moor (2 miles). For children, two family pubs with supervised play areas and children's menus are within a mile. Several top class restaurants are situated locally for a special evening out. We will be happy to assist you if required.
Lying midway between historic
Durham City (3 miles) and the market town of Chester-le-Street (2 miles), it is
ideally placed for commuting to the major commercial centres of the North East.
Plawsworth is an ideal base for touring the Dales, Northumberland, the Borders
and North Yorkshire.
The Empire Theatre in Sunderland (20mins) and The Theatre Royal in Newcastle
(20mins) host a wide range of highly acclaimed productions.
