Kennacott Court is a unique collection of luxury holiday cottages in Cornwall, set in 70 acres of grounds and farmland and with magnificent views over the rolling Cornwall countryside to the sea at Widemouth Bay (just half a mile away). Our five star luxury holiday cottages are situated just south of Bude and lie in the heart of Cornwall's beautiful Atlantic Heritage Coast.
All our holiday cottages are superbly furnished and comprehensively equipped for self-catering holidays to the highest standard. All cottages are rated FIVE STARS, the highest grading possible, by the English Tourism Council.
Holiday leisure facilities on-site include: large indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, snooker room, fitness room, children's room for under five year olds with soft play area and toys, badminton and mini tennis court, games room with skittle alley, pool and table tennis, two all-weather tennis courts, adventure trail, football, putting green, gas fired barbecues and a nature walk - plus plenty of space for strolling and for children to play.
A unique feature is a delightful par 22 golf course of six full length holes all with superb Atlantic views over the Cornwall countryside towards Widemouth Bay. There's always something for everyone to do during a Kennacott Court cottage holiday. All our facilities are for the exclusive use of visitors to our holiday cottages, no outsiders.

Sandymouth Cottage
A luxurious and spacious cottage for two, perfect for honeymooners. The
"upside-down" design comprises an entrance lobby with staircase and a
downstairs double bedroom with a four-poster bed, second colour television and
en-suite bathroom, sunken corner bath, separate shower, bidet and toilet.

washer/dryer & microwave, and the dining area. Steps down to bedroom with
four poster bed and second colour television, en-suite bathroom with corner

en-suite shower room/toilet, two twin bedded rooms, family bathroom/toilet. The
attractive garden is secure with access to the nature trail, decking terrace and
gas barbecue. Two extra beds for children under ten years of age if required.

This superb and spacious cottage has extremely comfortable accommodation for
extended families or friends. Entrance through conservatory/utility room with
automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Large well-equipped farmhouse

dishwasher and microwave.
Downstairs double bedroom, shower/WC. Sitting room with open fireplace (fuel is provided free) second sitting room (also with colour television) off kitchen, door to a large, comfortably furnished, garden conservatory.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with a third colour television, three twin bedded rooms, a family bathroom/toilet, a separate toilet and a separate shower room.

The magnificent Leisure Building has a large indoor swimming pool, sauna and solarium; snooker room; fitness room and a children's room for the under-five year olds with soft play area and toys.The Sports Barn has a badminton and mini-tennis court, plus a games room with skittle alley, pool, table football and table tennis.
There is a video library, games and book library for all ages (no charge is made).
