Cofton is a four star family-run park for self catering holidays in the beautiful West Country, just minutes from a Blue Flag beach on the UK’s South Devon coast.

We offer a wide selection of self catering holidays in a glorious corner of Devon.

Five unique cottages converted from original farm buildings. Located on the main holiday park and handy for the central complex of reception, swimming pools, Swan Pub and mini-market. Ancient Cofton Church and private woods overlook them creating a relaxed setting.

Woodside Cottages

The Eastdon Estate covers fifty acres of landscaped gardens and mature woodland. A short drive of one and a half miles takes you to another entrance where you'll find Eastdon House and Woodside Cottages.

Three secluded cottages in the grounds of Eastdon House, each considerately converted from hundred-year-old original estate buildings. With breathtaking views across the Exe Estuary and an amazing backdrop of fields and woodland, this is the ideal setting to recharge and unwind.

Eastdon House, built in the late eighteenth century, boasts one of the finest positions on the Exe estuary. From the striking house lawns slope down to open parkland and magnificent views.

The privately owned house has been tastefully converted into five individual luxury apartments fitted out to very high standards.

Parklands 3 bed, sleeps 6. First and second floors. The servants' quarters, split on two levels by a fairly steep staircase making it unsuitable for many older guests and very young children. 1 double and 1 twin
